Excellent service, location and breakfast.

I like firm mattresses but ours needed to be replaced. This is only meant as a suggestion. A microwave would be a great addition, nothing fancy-just serviceable. I used the one in the room to heat my bagel which made it softer and chewier. I used the toasted in the eating area but much prefer the microwave. Also, the muffins are much better when microwaved about 10 to 15 seconds.

The beach pass and being just a short, easy walk to the beach! The breakfast had a nice variety and was tasty! The space in our room was perfect for the amount of people we had, everyone was comfortable. We loved being within walking distance to everything we needed. The pool was spacious and we loved seeing the resident alligator each morning!

It seemed The public bathroom near the pool had issues with their toilets and the dining tables were dirty.

Location was good, Breakfast was good, coffee service was excellent, dining area was good. Staff in dining area was excellent. Desk clerks who checked us in and out were friendly and engaged, other staff present at other times were loud and boisterous.

Pool was warm, pool restroom door did not close and when pulled to close was hard to reopen. Bathroom in our room had leftover patron's hairs. Air conditioner rattled. King suite with pull out sofa had too little space to pass furnishings without bumping into them.

We loved being close enough to the beach, that we could walk. There were plenty of shops and great restaurants, nearby, as well. The hotel was nice and easy to get to. Having plenty of parking spots, was incredible! We plan to be back, soon!

The ONLY dislike we had, was disrespectful occupants. I understand children need to enjoy their stays, too.... But allowing them to run up and down the halls screaming, slamming room doors and the parents following suit? Especially, after 10pm?? Uh, no.

The manager of the facility was very rude,disrespectful and racial towards me when I was trying to get my back on my card that they over charged me for. Was talking to me like I was a child and I’m 50 years old . You need to teach them that no matter what color a person is they money is the same color and all customers should be treated the same with respect just like they would want a customer to give them. Great location with access across the street to the beach. Convenient to shopping and lots of tourist spots

There was construction going on at the hotel during the day which shouldn't have been too much of an issue except our room was just over where they were working. We couldn't get hot water, no more than lukewarm. We were there on the weekend so no maintenance were available to fix the issue. They did take some money off our bill as compensation.

We loved the free hot breakfast. And we loved the fact that we could walk across the street to access the beach.

We hated the ice machine on our floor (5th floor) was not working. And there was a limit on the towels we could get. We were a family of 5 members and we could only get 3 sets of towels.

The staff was amazing, the room, and everything else was clean. The pool was great. Walking distance from the beach, dominos and Walmart so super convenient. I would definitely stay again.

The ONLY two issue I had was that the toilet made this flushing noise constantly after flushing it and it would go on for hours. The toilet worked, it was just the noise it made afterwards. We had a 4 day stay so we closed the door and blocked it off with a towel and continued to enjoy the rest of our stay. Secondly, the breakfast was not good. Not completely terrible, just not good. We only went down once for breakfast.

Location, view, breakfast, pool, staff handled safety concern with patio lock promptly, everything was kept tidy, housekeeping was very helpful.

A lot of little things were broken, closet hinge, burnt out lights in room and around the pool, toilet handle wasn't properly functioning, TV remote did not want to work. In the first room we were in the patio door lock was broken

First time booking across the street from beach, but short walk to beach access. Walkable to Walmart market, shopping and restaurants without crossing busy streets. I will probably make this my go too. Some rooms have balconies, which I would have loved. I will remember that the next time.
