The room is a good size. A/C, TV & Wi-Fi worked great. Decent choices for included breakfast with our booking. Close to the airport. The pool is a good size. We were able to check in earlier than 5 pm when we arrived early. Tims, A & W, McDonalds, and shopping close by. Boston Pizza is at the hotel. There are no smells in the hallway or room.

Only have 1 hook in the bathroom for towels. A few more would make it much easier especially if you have more than 1 person in the room. The wood floor creaks loudly, I woke my wife up in the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom.

- Room spacious and clean. - Instead of tiny single use bottles, they have soap, shampoo and conditioner distributors, HELLOOOOO ! - They replaced my towels the next morning plys gave me towels for the pool which you can find at the desk before you go take a swim. - Room temperature/AC is adjustable. Loved the black out pull curtains. - If you don't expect Chez Cora (which is located across the parking from the hotel btw) Breakfast was alright, enough variables. - We all loved the heated pool, it's big. The water slide was so much fun, adults can ride it too! And the jacuzzi is the biggest I've tried, so it doesn't feel weird even with strangers. We all loved the balcony, it's quiet. - The location was awsome with everything yyou need near you. - I really love that we could all stay in the same room (three adults and two children).

- Sometimes the lifts are sooooo slow. Especially at breakfast time! It is what it is! 🤷🏾 - The kitchen staff is helpful and efficient but they have poor people skills and are very moody, so they might rub some clients the wrong way, but I was unbothered.😏

Location of the hotel is excellent. Our room was very nice and modern. Second bed was in the wall to save space and there was a couch under the bed. Our room had everything, microwave, fridge and small sink outside counter. There were enough power outlets for charging your devices. There is pool with slides as well. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing we found was that hallway carpets needed to be cleaned properly. Boston pizza is in the same building and there are many more restaurants in the area. Beds were very comfortable. Great experience.

Boston pizza in the same building. Free Tesla destination charger on the free residents-only underground parking. Breakfast was OK, though sometimes the staff people weren't quick enough to add new food and clean up the trash bins. Free lemonade in the hall. Fair view from the roof-top terrace.

Heating is through the AC unit, which is noisy. Had to choose between being warm and sleeping in silence. When someone is talking in the corridor, you will hear. It wasn't bad, but just be aware. Unfortunately for us the play complex was closed on Christmas. The swimming pool could be better organised - e.g. set a long thin swimming zone for adults and let the bathers play on the other side of the pool. The EV charger could have been for other EVs as well, not just Tesla - we couldn't charge.

As we have kids, the pool was amazing, water temperature was perfect, not crowded, there was a hot tub as well, the slide was fun. The room is big and clean and has a nice coffee machine. Staff were kind. There is underground parking for cars. Overall for family it is good value of money in top of fun activities for kids.

No water kettle , but there is coffee machine and microwave. Breakfast could be better ( adding some vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers, and keeping the eggs and scrambled eggs warm ).

Comfy beds, quiet rooms, nicely laid out bathroom, the kids adored the pool and the arcade, we had a great family trip to Quebec city and we will definitely come back again in the future.

Loved everything about the hotel except those scrambled "eggs" with breakfast. Oh my goodness wowyuck. Mealy yet alarmingly chewy yellow curds soaking in a lake of defrosted egg water. At least the kids liked the hard-boiled eggs.

We really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was sufficient. Our room was clean & comfortable.

We had to call to have a remote control for the tv delivered to our room. I would have liked a 24 hour coffee/tea station set up in the buffet area. The jets in the hot tub didn't seem very strong. The train went by at 6 am right outside. Next time I'd ask for a room on the opposite side of the building.

Swimming pool on the 7th floor with excellent view of the City. Big hot tub, huge swimming pool, slide and splash pad. Everything you need for a family with Young children. Good breakfast but always same menu. Would have been nice to add more variety menu or switch food choices.

The location is “meh” - nothing much to comment on, but it was easy to access. The hotel rooms were clean, neat, modern, and convenient. The breakfast was what one would expect from a hotel buffet breakfast. The pool is a good size and well equipped for the kids. The combination of arcade, Boston Pizza, Subway and underground parking in the immediate area made our stay very convenient.
