This is an attractive Logis set in the square in the pretty little town of Vaas. It was a great first night stopover for us on our journey from Caen all the way through France and Italy and onwards to Greece. Welcoming staff and a comfortable room overlooking the square. It was unseasonably warm and we were pleased to be able to throw open the windows and look out on the square. Before dinner, we had drinks at the Bar-Tabac across from the Logis. We had a memorably delicious dinner in the Logis restaurant and can highly recommend a visit here. Staff were very pleasant. We didn't have breakfast.

Stopped over for one night as near autoroute on journey from Archachon to Calais. Didn't arrive until after 8pm so thought we had missed restaurant but staff were fantastic. Had a wonderful evening meal. Rooms were comfortable with en suites. One double room for adults and triple for children. We also added breakfast. Wifi in rooms. Parking for car with roofbox and additional parking immediately across from hotel. Would definitely visit again and will look out for other Logis hotels

Lovely setting with a very good restaurant. Off-road parking at rear if hotel.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was a good size with a shower room. Parking was easy and safe. Restaurant was excellent with a good menu and wine list. Breakfast next day was a buffet with a wide selection of items to choose from. When leaving the manager asked one of the staff to help taking luggage to the which was very thoughtful. We hope staying there again will fit in with our drive back home.

The hotel is very good for a stopover, being a little way off the motorway. There is a small car park. The hotel is a pleasant building in a quiet town with the River Loir very near. The staff were very helpful. The best feature was the dinner which had a varied menu and a very good standard of cooking.

I have nothing negative to say,. It was a good experience, would stay again.

The position is excellent . I often travel from UK to southern Spain,with my dog .. Would like to have a regular route with regular stop offs. I think t his fits the bill. Will definitely use again.

Personally the restaurant is maybe a little too for mal with a limited menu. Nowhere else was open in the village so …

Excellent food and the setting has rural French charm - old building on a small square in a small French town, only a few miles from the autoroute. Free Parking available.

There was no fridge/ minibar in our room, though it was in the description. Car park was small and could overfill in summer.

Very comfortable stay. Close to the A28. Easy parking. Comfortable room . Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

We were in an annexe and had problems working the keys. Probably our own fault. The room was a bit cave like. Only a French door which was shuttered. Like more natural light

Room was comfortable and overlooked the square. The river is just around the corner. Evening meal was excellent. Continental breakfast was lovely. Lots to choose from. Situated in a pretty square in the centre of the village. Staff very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when our car broke down the morning we were due to leave. They allowed us to use their facilities whilst we waited for the RAC to send assistance, they supplied us with water and let us use their phone when the tow truck came to pick up our car as my phone had run out of battery. Helped with recharging phone etc. We were very grateful for their help in what was a very stressful time.
