We received a lovely warm welcome from Sarah, our hostess, who showed us to our comfortable family room, with a fridge too. All accommodations here are on the ground level, and outside of our french door access was a small pateo with seating and small table, ideal for a cool glass of wine after a long road trip. There is a dining room available for guest to enjoy their fantastic breakfast, where there is a wide range of meats, cheeses, cerials, fruits, cakes, pastries etc. Sarah is on hand to assist and will prepare boiled eggs and even a 'special' dish of 'pain perdu' - brioche with eggs and sugar, wonderful. The large garden has a pool for guests to use, as well as a terrace with shade and ample seating and large table to enjoy your breakfast.

I have tried to find something about Champ De La Ferme that I did not like, and the only thing I would say is, it is too far from home!

I was cycling from the Pyrenees back to the UK. I needed somewhere with flexible opening times where I could eat , rest and have my cycle in a safe place. Le Champ De La Ferme ticked all the boxes. Large bedroom, lounge, modern bathroom. communal dining area. Good breakfast.

As a cyclist I self-cater. Although the room has a modern coffee machine and a couple of spoons there are no plates and knifes. I prepared my evening meal on the bread wrapper. I never asked if they could open the dining rooms which obviously had everything.

Lovely BnB, the owners were very welcoming and friendly inc. the Kennel the dog Breakfast was great, with a huge selection including homemade cakes and eggs and bacon cooked to order. loved swimming pool after a hot day of sightseeing.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me but my husband liked it. The area we stayed in lacked restaurants so it was difficult finding places to eat.

Really friendly and helpful staff, such a lovely couple. They do really reasonably priced dinner on request too (small menu) but the burger and Caesar salad were great. Breakfast is delicious, lots of cakes, bread, cheese, meat, cereal etc. but I’d also recommend the brioche French toast - delicious. Our family room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower had good water pressure. The children loved the garden with animals and table tennis, and enjoyed petting the very friendly golden retriever. Area is very quiet and a great place to break the journey from Calais to the south of France.

This is utterly superb. Rooms comfortable, clean and spotless. The garden and pool were great - kids really enjoyed them and their dog! Breakfast excellent. Have stayed in a lot places in France and have not found better. What ultimately sets it apart are the hosts. A lovely greeting when you arrive - you feel like you are visiting friends. Really friendly and great conversation.

This is our 3rd stay here, and Sarah and Phillipe were as welcoming as ever. It is a very relaxing place and very quiet. The pool is an added bonus. The breakfast is exceptional. Also it is very easy to find and perfect for visiting nearby Le Mans.

There is nothing that we didn't like.. We would confidently recommend to anyone.

Everything! The very warm welcome, the beautiful garden, comfortable beds and attention to detail. We were given a welcome drink on arrival, which was a really nice touch. Beautiful, quiet location. A fantastic breakfast included in the price, with lots of excellent choice.

Sarah and Philippe were wonderful and kind hosts. They gave us lots of information and were very engaged. The room we stayed in was great. Pool/ping pong table/animals were all a big hit with our 14 year old son. Breakfast was the best we had on the trip. Highly recommended. Really good value for the money too. Go for a walk and see the beautiful scenery nearby - farms/fields etc. we even saw wild boars!

This was our second stay, so obviously we were impressed the first time and therefore decided to return. On both occasions we have used this as a stopover on the return journey to the UK (Eurotunnel). The rooms are comfortable with drinks both hot & cold, the outdoor space great for relaxing, the breakfast is absolutely fabulous and the owners very friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again and maybe use it as a base to see more of the area.

Some areas are getting a little tired now, noticeable between our two stays (4 years apart), but I'm sure repainting etc will be part of the owner's ongoing plans. This didn't affect our stay in any way or our opinion of this B&B being fantastic value for money!

The kids loved the bunk bed. the room was lovely and neat with storage. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. there was a large variety at breakfast, a pleasant suprise. There were rabbits and birds for our kids to enjoy and a play area. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it was definitely warm enough to use even on our rainy day weather. great place!
