Really impressed considering the price. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (very much so!!!), I had the best night's sleep I've had for a long time (though accepting I was very tired after a long drive!!) but it was warm and comfortable. The air con was great, bathroom fine, shower great. Not much space but enough and the third bed was comfy (better than a usual 'make up' bed). The restaurant was good and it seemed that locals came so wasn't even just guests. The lake next door has a beautiful beach area and was lovely to walk around. We have a dog and there were also areas he could swim. Overall, excellent 👌🏻

Well positioned for the motorway network and with a pleasant location near the lake, where we had a good walk after dinner. The staff were pleasant and friendly and the food was the usual Campanile formula of good, traditional French dishes and a decent selection of wines. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Our room was quite new, clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome on the very hot day that we were there.

My only grumble is that the room cost about 40 Euros more than other comparable Campanile hotels, for no good reason other than its proximity to the Le Mans circuit, which is a bit naughty. But it was in the right place on our journey for us.

Not to be judged from the outside as it is not attractive. But inside the rooms and public areas are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Good shower with nice towels, hair dryer and excellent shower. The roller shutter was good fro security and privacy. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff are very busy and very friendly. I also had an evening meal and breakfast, both were first rate. It’s location is very convenient if you are visiting the Le Mans track and even though this is a motel, it is better to stay at than many of the hotels I been in on this trip.

Nothing, I was completely satisfied. Good price, good service, good room, nice restaurant, plenty of space to unwind with a beer, and plenty of parking. Completely satisfied.

Great location next to a lovely lake with a swimming beach. We swam early in the morning before it got busy and was perfect start to the day. Fabulous for walking the dog after a long drive worth noting dogs are not allowed on the swimming beach area. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. As vegans we always struggle in France but there was a buffet with Salads so managed ok. Rooms are motel style so easy to load and unload the car rather than have to drag down long corridors. Would definitely recommend this as an over night stop in Le Mans.

Room smelt slightly damp

We were welcomed very warmly. We had 2 rooms. The card key to one didn’t work and the lady on reception came to the room immediately and nothing worked. She very quickly rearranged another room so we were still next door to each other. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a very good shower. We had rung and booked dinner which was excellent with a buffet for the starter and dessert. The buffet was very good with delicious food and a good variety. Breakfast the next day was also very good with delicious fresh croissants and chocolatines from a local boulangerie, fresh fruit salad, a big array of cheeses and cold meats, etc. All in all a good experience with staff and facilities. I have stopped there many times over the past 20 years , it’s convenient and very good value with excellent staff and service.

The room and the bed were a generous size and both very comfortable. Having read the reviews about how good the food was we decided have dinner in the restaurant and the food was indeed excellent for a hotel in this price range. The semi-rural lake side location is great, especially for walking our dog.

Just one minor thing. Staying with our dog, a room on the ground floor would have been better.

Easy to find. Very nice accommodation. Bar service, good choice of Beers, very clean. We ate in the evening very very good dinners. Veal meatballs and sauce really recommend. We were at the Back quiet room facing lake. Perfect for over night stop. Good A/C in bedroom we were family 3 Adults..

Great location. We didn't realise it was motorcycle race weekend so it was very busy. If you want to be close to the race track you are within walking distance. The hotel room was beautiful and so much bigger than we realised we had everything we needed. It was lovely and clean.

Receptionist moved me to ground floor room when I explained that I would not be able to carry my case up the stairs to my original room. Lovely lake for short walk in the evening Breakfast was good.

Evening meal was satisfactory if you chose the simpler options: however this was on a Sunday evening.

Well positioned for our needs as a stopover on the way back to the UK Rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice shower. The restaurant on site had a good dinner menu and there was plenty of choice at breakfast time.
