The staff were excellent always attentive and keen to resolve any issues if they arose. We stayed in family rooms which were spacious and quiet. We had the breakfast which was convenient and good value as we were just stopping over on our way down to the Dordogne. There is free parking in nearby streets after 7 pm

It isn't possible to pull up outside the hotel in your car to check in. You have to park nearby and then walk to the entrance. It’s not a major issue but worth considering for anyone with mobility issues. They have onsite parking for a few cars which needs pre booking to guarantee a spot

Clean, relatively good size room, lovely reception area. The train station is over the road, so super convenient, not far from a coffee shop. Bathroom is of an acceptable size and the shower worked well.

Lumpy pillows that really need to be replaced. Curtains didn't fully cover the windows from one side to the other, so let in some light in the morning. No coffee making facilities in the room.

We have a family room which was huge! really great room, hotel itself and as the best we stayed in throughout our road trip around France. Staff were lovely and friendly. we reserved a parking spot which was tricky to find, you almost have to block the road slightly and run into reception for them to open the shutters. we managed to get the first spot and we're able to turn around but the car park only holds about 5 cars and I think it'd be difficult to exit or turn around if it's full but we were lucky. unfortunately I took ill that day so was not able to venture out to Le Mans other than the big sign outside the train station opposite hotel

Good quality hotel - clean and quiet even though it's directly opposite the main station in Le Mans.

The parking is in the public underground car park by the station - you can pay €8 at the hotel and they give you a ticket which doesn't work. You owe us €32 Mr Ibis Hotel.

I LOVE this hotel! I was put into a terrible situation by AirBnb and had to get an emergency hotel late in the evening. I couldn't get a taxi (I don't speak French) so I phoned the staff and they organised a taxi for me. The decor of the hotel was gorgeous and even had a vintage Fiat 500 in the lobby. I got a beautiful room with air-con (this was during the heatwave) and had a delicious dinner from the bar. Lovely shower and bed. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding. I got a late checkout and the staff very kindly allowed me to stay in the dining room rather than go outside in the 40 degree heat. AirBnb staff were TERRIBLE and did not sort out my new accommodation in time so I had to stay another night in a hotel. Unfortunately Ibis Centre was fully booked out by this time but the staff made a reservation and organised a taxi to another Ibis hotel. I will never forget how while I was being treated like garbage by AirBnb I was looked after and received absolutely outstanding customer service by the fabulous staff here. I want to especially thank Barbara, Lou and Dylan for helping me in such a stressful situation and making my stay so incredible. You really went above and beyond and I'll never forget it - thank you!

Very near central stn and trams. Alot of shops and food store nearby. Room is big for a family of 4. Clean.

Reception could do better especially with tone. Customer service just wasn’t there.

Quite a surprise. Usually hotels near train stations can be a let down, but this room exceeded all of my expectations. Very comfortable and nice.

Cleaner was too quiet when knocking and seem to just walk in. Spoke to reception and they sorted that very quickly.

Checking in for my group was handled with great efficiency and charm by a delightful American lady whose name I forget. The rooms were just as expected and the parking for the motorcycles better than expected. The breakfast was also as expected. The staff at the bar in the evenings serving drinks were quick and helpful.

The breakfast food was basic and the breakfast room a bit crowded but these things didn't really matter.

Great staff and facilities.

Most of the menu had cheese on. The one option that did not was unavailable.
