The breakfast for 12 euro was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but for one night it was great. The hotel was able to give us a quiet room overlooking the courtyard. This hotel was very close to the train station yet, we were able to walk to the old historic section of town in less than 15 mintues.

The area near the station did not have any restaurants open because it was a four day holiday. This are does not appear to be safe to walk at night (just my hunch), but I felt very safe walking during the day.

This is a cozy old hotel situated on a quiet street, conveniently located near the railway station. The rooms are relatively large, offering the spaciousness typical of older establishments. The staff is very helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast is decent. I would certainly come again.

Not the fault of the hotel but the road system around the hotel is a building site and makes getting out difficult at the moment. Water bath bain Marie for cooking your eggs for breakfast was useless and failed to cook the eggs. Water in the room was not replenished each day.

The room was in good shape and there was very little traffic noise or any other noise.The staff seemed exceptionally happy to be at work on a Monday morning and it is always nice to encounter happy people.I was extremely pleased to find such secure car parking beneath the building.

Not a huge fan of the very narrow car park entrance or the rather small car park spaces,modern cars have grown a bit to meet regulations.I have stayed in nicer parts of the town....

Loads better than I expected, the photos don’t do the place justice. We were visiting Le Mans Classic & this place was very reasonable price wise compared to others in the town. Short walk to the trams & only €20 in a taxi to the circuit.

Not in the best of areas for bars & restaurants, although the centre of town is walkable.

It was just what we needed for an overnight stay but I would stay for longer if in the area in the future. The triple room layout was great to give enough space for us all. The hotel communal areas and the rooms feel like they have recently had a refurbishment because everything is so clean and new looking. The best part about the whole stay - the shower - best shower I’ve ever used in a hotel! Superb place to stay.

Warm comfortable rooms but a bit small. Good shower and coffee making facilities We didn’t have breakfast but it looked good and coffee was good. 10 minute walk to lively bars and shops and the old town with a beautiful cathedral.

Convenient. Secure parking. Very helpful staff and a very nice patio area.

Lovely staff with exceptional customer service. Nothing was a problem and the young lady who checked us in gave us great directions to get to the nearest tram stop. Le Mans has a very well organised public transport system which is within a few hundred metres. We enjoyed the breakfast and were given a very personalised service with only one other couple present as it had been a quiet night ( Good Friday ? ) the selection offered had something to please most people and was very fresh and tasty. The decor was stylish and interesting and felt like it had an art deco influence.

The stairs were very difficult to navigate for some with a large suitcase but this understandable given the age of the building. We did however use the lift and loaded our luggage outside via the lobby rather than attempt the stairs to the garage 😀

I’d classify this property more as a ‘guesthouse’ than a full function hotel. it has more of the feel of a very nice, comfortable Bed&Breakfast. upon arrival, my first surprise was the parking situation. I drive a small car, the size of a Renault Clio. and I had a struggle getting into the car park. then a further struggle to squeeze my car into one of the spaces. if you have a large car, you simply won’t get it in there. HOWEVER once your car IS IN the car park, it seems very secure. the staff checking me in, and indeed throughout my stay, we’re friendly and efficient. my simple double room was spotlessly clean. the bathroom had a real BATH, with shower over, a heater and plenty of towels. no fridge in the room. but coffee making facilities, replenished daily. there is no restaurant, only a bright and airy breakfast room. the buffet breakfast was ample, though not as wide a choice as some hotels, and quite reasonably priced.

on my second morning, due to low occupancy, there was no actual breakfast buffet. instead, I was asked to pre-order my breakfast items the evening before. I realise that this cuts down on waste. however, my croissants were raw in the middle.

The room was attractively furnished in a modern style and had all the facilities needed for a city stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and cheese. The parking is secure and we didn't need to touch the car as the city centre was only a ten minute walk away - or one could take the tram. The old city is well worth a visit. The service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I have recommended this hotel to friends and this was our second stay here.
