Fabulous room with fully equipped kitchenette (hob, sink, fridge, microwave and tiny dishwasher). Spotlessly clean and warm. Spacious shower, super-king bed. Excellent. Secure parking available at the rear of the hotel for a modest fee. The location in the university part of the city made it ideal for finding food and drink close by during the evening of our stay, with the central area just 600 meters away. Above all, the thoughtfulness of the female receptionist was the highlight of the visit. We needed to leave at 8 am, but at the weekend, breakfast is only served from 8 o'clock. Our receptionist offered (without being asked) to open the breakfast room at 7 am rather than see us go without. Fantastic service! We had a medium sized dog with us and we were pleased to be told by her that he would be allowed in the breakfast room with us.

Lovely hotel in superb location, staff very accommodating, parking available, we had a wheelchair accessible van and couldn't use the underground carpark so they let us use the one behind hotel which has no height restriction, the parking costs £13 euros per day more then worth it, we were having such a good time in Les Mans in this hotel we extended our 2 night stay to a 3 night, beds comfortable, and room decent size we booked the family room that had a pull out sofa bed as well as super king bed, oh and the breakfast was perfect, especially the freshly squeezed oranges machine -, I would definitely recommend this hotel

No Aircon, and room was quite hot, when you open the windows it is noisy which is to be expected due to location

Accommodation was excellent. Excellent breakfast, good range of options. Pleased to see hot food available. Fresh milk and orange juice available on tap. High percentage of food offered was local or of the region which we liked. Excellent service from staff - very clean dining room. Reception staff advised us on a local restaurant and booked us a taxi.

Hot drinks available in room but no milk/ creamer. Felt the price of breakfast and car parking slightly more than we have previously paid in Le Mans.

The apartment was clean, modern and fine for an overnight stopover. It was an adequate size but more like a large hotel room with a small kitchenette area with a fridge, hotplate, cups, glasses plates, etc. I found the cutlery on the top shelf eventually. The bathroom was modern and well equipped with a powerful shower. The hotel was easy to find and underground parking was useful, even if the spaces are a little tight.

There was no sofa or relaxing sitting area in the room, just a desk and 2 chairs.

We have used this location on multiple trips. Its location is perfect to walk to all the amenities, restaurants and entertainment in Le Mans centre. The apartments are extremely comfortable without having air conditioning and everything you need for a quick breakfast, although that is available for 16 Euros each. Parking is 13 Euros a night as at August 2024.

Great location and very close to the center of Le Mans. 10 minutes walk to the Jacobins square and the old town. The hotel had all the amenities. The staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was not bad, but there were no fresh vegetables at all. Another minus: at night, noisy companies often pass under the windows. I would also like to mention that parking at the hotel is paid - 14 euros per day.

The hotel is very nice, nice internal fixture, rooms are clean and modern, beds are very comfortable and bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast room is nice, with big windows that allow you to see outside. The breakfast itself is great, with a lot of high quality food and beverages (I suggest you to try the pear juice!). Last but not least, the staff was AWESOME. We had a big problem with our car, but the Hotel Manager (Charles) assisted us in the best way possible, finding a garage which could fix it. All in all, we had a great stay in Odalys City Le Mans, highly recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent—just next to Le Mans city centre, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight with a very good selection and fresh options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Le Mans.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and small dishwasher. For people with dietary and allergic food restrictions this is an ideal place since we could prepare our own breakfast and a tea. The external parking is also ideal for people with a roff rack or roof box on the car.

There is no direct connection from the hotel to the parking space. That makes the dealing with luggage a bit cumbersome. But there is an unloading zone in front of the entrance which facilities this a lot.

My friend and I got a great stay there. Location is great, very close to city centre and you can reach on foot everithing make sense to visit and, if you go to the circuit de la sartre as we did, incredible easy and fast is go there by tram. Very close there is a parking not really expensive; the hotel facilities and room's comfort outstanding.

Breakfast is a little bit expensive, we preferred to take something outside even if there isn't a lot of opened places aroud there, at least Sunday morning, where to get something that make sense for a good breakfast.
