The room was very clean and spacious, it was also very well equipped; TV, kettle, clothes rail etc. The shower was particularly nice. Very nice hotel overall. All bar one staff member were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Effia multi-storey car park ideally situated next to the hotel.

All bar one staff member were very friendly - when I asked for some more milk at breakfast it was as if I'd asked to draw blood :/ Hotel car park is very small, if you are out for the day and returning early evening you will struggle to get a space - instead we parked in the multistorey next to the hotel and never struggled to find a space.

everything as it should be, clean etc. Great access to city center and tram stop next door. Despite being by the railway there was no noise at all.

as often with hotels, windows don't open so would wake up feeling stuffy nose/sinus bad. Some people cannot sleep in a sealed room, its about time designers of hotels thought about this. Air con/fan turned itself off at some point in the night. Our tv remote did not work, assume batteries, so I left a note for the room staff to say it was not working and they responded by removing it altogether! Whatever, we couldn't find it again and there seemed no way to operate the tv without it save for getting one channel working. It was not an issue though as was out most of the time so not intending to watch much anyway..

A more powerful electric car charger is used. Only had 3.3kW which wasn't enough to charge my car overnight. I would recommend boosting it to 22kW. Also would be good if there were advertised more options for breakfast - rather than just all or nothing. A clear sign post on the exit of the roundabout pointing to the entrance and car park would be really helpful (missed it on arrival and had to go round the block)

The staff was exceptional. There was something in our food we didn't like (basically, we ordered a dish that we don't like, but only realized too late), and the staff dealt with the situation in the best possible way. In short, they were so nice that the negative experience (our fault) became a really nice experience of interaction with them. No money pays people like this. Top, really!

Close to railway station (100 mt), public transport (150mt). City centre + old town : 10' walk. Friendly personel. Clean room with good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Early breakfast (6h30) possible.

Breakfast around 9h00 - 9h15 : too many people and no personal (1 person) to take care of breakfast 'facilities' = seats - tables, bread and other kind of food...-> led to unsatisfaction of custumors...

The hotel itself, for the money, was great. Clean, smart, not expensive and everything had been thought about well. The cost to smile ratio was bang on.

About ten parking spaces for the entire hotel. Says in the advert ‘private parking’. When the booking has been taken and they have your money they send an email to tell you there might be no parking - and it’s an extra tenner. Leaves a sour taste, particularly if you’re taking two 75 year olds and you have a really bad back…. Not sure if this is a booking.com issue or a hotel issue. Beware if you plan on taking a car!!

The location is perfect! Right at the train station, and connected to tram lines. The city centre is 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is very nice. The staff was generally nice and helpful.

The fan in the bathroom is always on, never stops, don't know why. The windows in the room cannot be opened, so I felt boxed in a bit. One of the staff on the reception speaks no English, and on check out I was able to only partially explain to this person how my payment and invoice should be handled, although initially I was assured by other, English-speaking staff that there would be no problem to handle it exactly as I needed. This caused some administrative problems for me when I wanted to claim my travel expenses.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was helpful and polite. We could park the car in the hotel parking.

The location is next to the train station, and it was quite a walk to the old center. The parking is payable, but you cannot reserve a place. So we were lucky to have arrived early afternoon and to have found a place. A bit later, the parking was full. But maybe the train station parking could be used (?)

Had a wonderful stay in this charming B&B. Our delightful hostess, Valerie (who speaks English), was very friendly, welcoming and did everything possible to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. Great wifi. Breakfast was a delicious array of homemade breads, jams, & yogurt with fruit and juices. Conveniently located in the heart of town close to shops, restaurants. 15 minute walk from the train station.

Beautifully clean and very roomy for 2 adults and two older children. Location next to railway station but absolutely no noise at all! Air con great although sealed windows meant great noise reduction but no fresh air. Bathroom was a wet room, spotlessly clean and plenty of towels. Beds were really comfortable too. Great nights sleep.
