We could see the hotel from the street but couldn't see how to get to it so in sheer desperation we parked in the train station parking and walked to the hotel which is very close by. At check in we were told the hotel parking area is off the station parking! It was entered by using a clicker and attached to the map of the parking area was a series of photos of the method for entering the hotel parking. The hotel parking was good. The room kitchen was the usual type apart from a large fridge. English was spoken at reception and one of the men there was very helpful. It was easy to walk to a nearby supermarket and to the parts of the city we wanted to visit.

The music in the parking area was too loud but that's something that isn't controlled by the hotel. We were on the side of the hotel that trams run past rather than on the train side. Ear plugs were provided and worked well.

Big hotel, nice and clean rooms. Friendly and informative staff, delicious breakfast and a nice location in the city.

It's really hot in the rooms and there was no air conditioning. Also our room was in the part where trains start going, so when the window is open it's not very possible to sleep because of the lady in the station speaking from the morning.

A perfect location for access to the rail station. It could have been a bit noisy but, on the second floor, we had no problem. The staff went out of their way to help us with the parking of our bikes in the underground garage. Excellent for us, needing to be in a central location

Shower was really good, spacious bathroom, not too noisy even though on tram-side, good blackout curtains and the hotel even supplied earplugs. Handy extra quilt was available. Tram stop within 100metres.

Might not suit someone with mobility issues as could not park nearby, nor drop off luggage / passengers due to tramlines.

Wet room floor was uneven so water moved towards the door. Some trains / trams nearby - not too much noise but light sleepers may need to use ear plugs which they do provide

The staff were extremely helpful and tried hard to solve any issues. Apartment was very clean and spacious and good value for money and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Secure parking for €10 .

The directions for car park were complicated to follow. The car park stunk of wee.

Really nice and cosy apartment. All neeeded facilities and close to railway station and city centre. Great team on reception and compliments from hotel during our stay.

Lift didn't work

Clean and comfortable...everything you needed and right at the train and tram station...perfect for a revhead to follow the Le Mans race trail..... Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was epic... Thank you Appart'City Le Mans.

Spacious fulle equipped flat. Enjoyed my stay. Next to public transport, which is also an issue with regards to noise. Noise levels wasnt too high. Near shops and restaurants.

Comfortable beds, plenty of equipment in the kitchenette for cooking meals and a table to eat from. Very secure underground parking. Not too far away from shops.

Area around looks a little run down, but only passing through. Parking was 15€
