Close to the city center and old town. Modern rooms with fridge, safe, desk and spacious bathroom with heated towel bar. Lots of outlets and USB ports too. Great breakfast options. Secure Parking. Lots of dining options on/adjacent to the property. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The bed and pillows were also comfortable and the room was conditioned - thermostat was very responsive.

It was hard to find - GPS did not have it listed, nor did Trip Advisor. When we finally found it, the gate to the parking was closed and we pressed the button, but got no reply. We had to access through the open pedestrian gate. The room is painted black, which is very dramatic, but even with all of the lights on, it was dark (a minor issue), and no problem during the day when the curtains open.

Excellently located in meeting our requirements (travelling with our 2 dogs and requiring secure parking not too far off route). The hotel was clean with excellent facilities and the best staff we have encountered in many 1 night stays driving through France. The receptionist who checked us in was exceptional and he went above and beyond in explaining that it was a bank holiday and providing a map of possible food options that would be open within walking distance.

The only downside would be that there is no onsite restaurant but within a few minutes walk there are many excellent food venues.

Spacious room, large window so room was light, fantastic location

Unfortunately my son suspected the eggs were a little off, and felt unwell for some hours afterwards after eating them. Also he noticed all of the glass juice containers for breakfast were chipped on the top, and there was even some broken glass on the table next to the flasks. He informed a member of staff in case any small pieces of broken glass had gone into the flasks themselves. No action was by taken by the member of staff while we remained in the room (for some ten minutes or so afterwards). He was worried in case someone hurt themselves by drinking some juice that had a small piece of broken glass in it.

This is a lovely hotel, well situated in LeMans. We have stayed a few times now and always enjoy our stays.

This is the second time that the hotel has put us on the 4th floor which is only accessible via a wooden spiral staircase. The first time we were able to have it changed but not this time as the hotel was fully booked. I do think it is essential that the hotel disclosed this accessibility issue when booking so guests know what to expect AND the rate should also reflect the accessibility issue. As it happens I was travelling with a health issue so this was not ideal. That said the team tried their best to accommodate us and let us use the disabled parking spot at least which was helpful.

The Hotel LePrince was easy to get to and the on site car parking was secure and convenient. The communications with reception prior to our arrival were very prompt and helpful. The public areas were smart and modern and the staff helpful and friendly. The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. I recommend this hotel and would happily return.

The interior decor was in a probably modern trend, though personally I find that walls painted black makes for harsh lighting. The breakfast buffet at 17 EUR per person was quite expensive for what it was, unless you really pile your plate.

The room was very well decorated and had a comfy bed. The bathroom was really lovely as well. There was Aircon in the room. The lady who helped us at reception was very friendly and spoke to us in English, which was helpful due to our poor French. She also suggested a restaurant and made the booking for us. We really commend the staff and the room itself.

The only real improvement would be that the breakfast area was a little small and got quite congested. Might be better to use the bar area.

I emailed the hotel before we arrived to inquire about parking close to the reception as I have recently had a knee replacement and my mobility is compromised at the moment. The hotel emailed me straight back to say they had reserved me a disabled parking space and our room was mobility friendly. The restaurants and bars in the square next to the hotel were excellent, especially the pizza restaurant. The food was excellent!

Really good hotel with a nicely styled room, which was larger than expected, very clean, and had two large windows, making it light and inviting. The breakfast was good and parking secure. Best of all - the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond to find a safe place to keep our mountain bikes. Thanks.

The staff were lovely. We stayed for 1 night, and were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite. This was a lovely gift, made within the power of a posh hotel, and bestowed upon us. Sadly, our dog had passed and had not come with us, and this gift made our holiday so much better at a sad time. It really made our holiday wonderful, so no complaints here! The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff were available to us. Breakfast is in a spacious room, an attendant was present to help. You can choose from a number of options; pastries, ham and cheese, yoghurts, cereals, scrambled eggs & bacon, fruit and juices - it is worth the cost. Dogs can come into the restaurant with you. We parked out the front of the hotel, and there seemed to be plenty of parking.

The spa was not open as it was being renovated, and I had hoped to use it for the one night we stayed, as a perk for me.

Perfect location. Follow the instructions and you'll find it. There's alot of road works and so don't think you'll wing it! Great secure car park. Very central. Great value for money considering where you are. If you're after cheaper then go and find something on an industrial estate somewhere 😂. We'll be back. Thank you to all the team.
