The location was good and the facility had adequate handicapped parking. The handicapped room was large enough to accommodate wheelchair movement

Handicapped accessible room had issues. First of all , handicapped rooms should be located on the first floor in case of an evacuation. Secondly there was no shower chair provided and customer had to purchase and assemble it. ( please note that the party was informed they would be reimbursed but has not been received as of this post). Thirdly, no hand-held shower wand and shower amenities were installed too high for accessibly .

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Convenient for our needs. Continental breakfast.

Paid 40 dollars extra for our chihuahua puppy. Change wording in listing to continental breakfast not breakfast included, big difference. Also Change wording pet friendly to additional charges for pets.

Staff is amazing breakfast is delicious love that they offer a variety everything is clean beds are unbelievably comfortable they are pet friendly we absolutely love staying here and will continue to stay here

We Didn't have the breakfast, but I liked the clean smell as soon as you walk into the building, the bed and pillows were AMAZING!

Water pressure in shower could have been better.

The WiFi for my kids gaming device it would not allow it to connect and that was a huge downfall as they are big gamers with Nintendo

Didn't seem like the bathroom floor had been mopped. Bathroom was clean just dusty floor. Faucet in the tub was loose.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, it was clean ,had a full size fridge that was great ,instead of those small cheap ones . Also had a counter top stove, which added more versatility, instead of always eating out . truly enjoyed my stay.

When advertising breakfast included, please be more descriptive. Such as continental breakfast. I was expecting a better breakfast array, because like I said it did not specify it was only continental breakfast.

The bed was so comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

Hard towels... A room like that needs fluffy towels.

Stayed 4 nights and every day got clean towels, clean room, bed made and breakfast.
