Room was clean. Hotel was nice. It was a bit confusing on how to get to the hotel based on the directions we had through Google Maps, it was not clear at all! Not necessarily the hotel's fault, however I don't recall seeing any clear signage in the mall parking lot directing us to the correct way to enter, but it was late at night and there were many big trucks around in the parking lot. We were traveling with a pet and were allowed to bring him into the hotel as well with no issue, there was a small fee for that. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and there was a courtyard off the pool with a nice grassy area. There was lots of parking. There were also various entrances and you could park near one close to your room, this was great, just remember your key card for re-entry!

No continental breakfast, but there was a lovely restaurant on site where we could get breakfast. Accessing the property was a bit convoluted with having to go through various parking lots. Would recommend a good review of a map if its your first time going so you don't get turned around like we did.

Loved this place! It is beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The front clerk asked us questions, to see if there was anything that she could recommend or help us with. The location was immaculate! Our stay did not include breakfast but there is everything and anything that you need close by, most within walking distance! The room was clean, and smelled fresh, there was even extra towels. There was no lanuage barrier at all and the hotel even offers a pool and hot tub for your use while there. There were vending machines with pop and snacks available and of course a ice machine. When we were leaving in the morning we seen staff milling around getting rooms cleaned. Everyone was friendly and greeted us as we passed by them. When we were loading the car in the morning we noticed there is a large shopping mall in the back! :)

We checked in late, and the pool and hot tub were located on a lower level. ONLY accessible via the stair case. Due to a very recent fall down some stairs I was hoping to use the Hot tub for some relief. BUT due to the stairs and the facility closing @ 11pm we were unable to use the hot tub.

I liked the welcome and the involvement of the staff. I liked the room, neat, clean, comfortable, with all the necessary conditions for a pleasant stay. I liked the shower, although it could have been better (water flowed on the floor, the socket for the hairdryer was uncovered, which is very dangerous and unsafe). But the location of the room that was offered to me in particular, as well as the location of the hotel in general, I liked a lot and reduced the shortcomings I faced. My children liked the pool and the arrangement. Although I really liked the stay at this hotel, the quality of which far exceeds other similar places, I still cannot give it the highest grade, being aware of the shortcomings it has.

Weak internet, but with the possibility of connecting to several different access points, which reduces the problem to 0. Although the hotel's policy is a healthy, non-smoking area, when you leave the hotel, the unpleasant smells of cigarette smoke and other narcotics knock you down. I could list other drawbacks, but the benefits outweigh them, so there's no point.

Easy to get to off the highway. Rooms recently refreshed clean and relatively large. Big parking lot with secure access to building at multiple points around the perimeter which were well labeled. Did not have time to make use of amenities. Restaurant on site was a plus but also did not make use during our short stay.

Hotel appears to be under renovation. Bathroom updates not as extensive or incomplete (toilet moved when seated, drain cover missing). Location directly adjacent to the mall but nothing much other than that so would recommend having a vehicle if there is anything more you want to see in Fredericton.

We stayed here for one night on our way through to PEI, and we had a medium sized dog with us. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to questions/requests. The hotel has an inner contained grassed courtyard which has some rooms that open onto it directly. We did not have one of those rooms, but the hotel staff gave us 24hr access to the space for the dog. We also had a late dinner in the restaurant which truly exceeded our expectations. The clam chowder was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with towels and amenities.

These are small things: Google directed us to the entrance to the hotel through the large mall parking lot beside it, which was a little confusing to find. It also means that there isn't a lot of green space around the hotel if you have a dog with you. The inn is an older building and somewhat dated but you can tell that refurbishment is taking place. The one thing we noticed was that there didn't seem to be enough staff at the front desk - when we back to the desk to ask some questions between 4:30-5:30 there was a line-up of people waiting to check-in and only one person on the front desk.

The staff was incredible! They went above and beyond for my little girl's birthday.

I absolutely love the staff and how they always put their guests first. We asked for extra towels, and they were given to us without hesitation. They accommodated our two-night stay with early check-ins. Extremely accommodating. I also have to mention the beds; they are like sleeping on a cloud—so comfortable, and the rooms are extremely clean. I can only say good things about this hotel, and the hot tub is the best. I love enjoying the hot tub; it is always hot and satisfying. I would have to say that because of the amazing staff and the overall fantastic hotel, I will always book with the Fredericton Inn.

I was pleasantly surprised! Great rates, especially being so centrally located! The room was very spacious and well laid out. The soundproofing was great! I didn’t hear anything from the rooms next to me and I barely heard anything from the hallway. The a/c unit can be a bit loud at times, but I like that kind of white noise. The bed was VERY comfortable, but the pillows could be a little better. There’s ample parking.

I wish all the rooms automatically came with a fridge and microwave, but at least you can request them at the time of booking or at check-in!

The Fredericton Inn is a reasonably priced property in a convienient location with easy access to downtown and the major highway system. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Being able to access the parking from the room was also an excellent feature.

The pool area was not clean and the water required shocking, this may have been due to a large crowd using area just prior to my arrival and may not have been due to the lack of routine maintenance.

The location of the hotel is great, everything you could want is within a short distance drive or even walk. It's also close to the highways as well making it easy to get in and out of the city.

I would say the biggest thing I did notice, was that the rooms could use an update, especially the bathroom. When arriving I tend to check out the entire room and the bathroom was the first thing I noticed, the toilet seat had A LOT of wear and tear to the point it was peeling. It also looked a bit dated as well. The room itself was as you'd expect at any hotel though.

Despite college students arriving to register for classes, it was fairly quiet. The place is a maze, but the rooms are nice, very clean, and staff super helpful. We got a good and large room despite it being a big weekend for them.

The trip to the car for items I forgot was quite long. However, we chose to stay again a few days later when we could choose a room we could park next to.
