Our room was lovely, very comfortable and with quality fixtures and fittings. The resort was very quiet so we slept really well. The pool was also lovely with a good view. We thought the standard twin room was very good value.

This is a really large resort but there are almost no staff around so service is pretty much non-existent. There are only 4 loungers at the pool, hardly any pool towels, bins overflowing, common areas need cleaning, grounds need maintaining, cutlery or food runs out at breakfast etc.. We enjoyed our stay because the facilities are good but we found the lack of staff really strange. Also location wise you really need your own transport as there is very little nearby. I would still stay again just lower your expectations on these things before you arrive.

So when I arrive I thought the place was a bit shabby, and it seemed empty, perhaps low season? But the rooms were clean, everything worked, the pool area was clean and with a great view. The staff, one lady in particular, were great. And during the day it did feel like we had the place to ourselves. The weather in January was perfect, sunny and cool, the nights were chilly. The longer we stayed the more we liked it. Very peaceful. Just 30 mins or so from Pakse airport

Corridor floors given a bit of a wash down. Drivers could be better. Seem to have low confidence and knowledge of the area.

The staff were 10/10, always helpful, big smiles and helped us on numerous occasions with regards to travel etc. The pool was great with great views especially for sunset. Our room was clean, spacious and was perfect for our 3 night stay. Tadfane ZipLine is just a short ride up the road. There is a small convenience store across the road which is great.

The only thing I can think of is that the small bins outside our block were full and never emptied during the time we spent here. That’s all I would thoroughly recommend this place 👍🙏❤️

The hotel was good, but we came in with high expectations having seen their marketing materials (those with the pool). Don't expect that much and it will be just fine :) The breakfast was good, the room standard was good, it was clean.

The pool is not as great as it looks in pictures, but it's fine :) The restaurant has very few vegetarian options and they're overpriced. If you have any special requests in the restaurant the staff might not be able to accomodate them due to their lacking English skills. They're nice though :)

Beautiful pool, wonderful dining facility and food for dinner, which was prepared perfectly.

While the staff, facilities, restaurant and room in general were lovely, it appears the last time the room I stayed in was cleaned must have been at the end of high season (I was there late June). I purposely paid for a villa at an extra cost than the standard room rate. There were dead bugs on the nightstand and the toilet was not fully cleaned. I would give Sabadee Valley another chance if I were to stay in Pakse (since the overall facilities were wonderful) and hope they'd get it right the next time. But I'd pay for a standard room, which would have been sufficient.

Beautiful retreat, not much comparable in the area. Indoor and outdoor shower. Pool with an amazing view. Small shop just on the other side of the road for drinks, cigarettes or whatever you need. Really friendly staff from the neatby villages/town. Quiet and comfortable. Good food at the restaurant, breakfast was good

In a region with such great coffee, it is a bit of a shame that it's not served for breakfast. Don't get this wrong, it's good coffee, but it could be outstandingly great coffee. Hardly the mistake of the hotel, but it is a bit of a remote area in a touristic sense. So be aware that you will need some means of transport if you want to move around (I'm sure the hotel will help booking tours/drivers though)

Really nice place to treat ourselves to whilst backpacking as it was my husbands birthday! I emailed them prior and the restaurant provided a cake, sang happy birthday to him and really went above and beyond. The staff were sooooo nice. The portions were so good, I’d say one of the best meals we’ve had in Laos We also got a free room upgrade and it was really really nice.

It was New Years Day and all the trash cans on the property were overflowing with garbage. We went to the restaurant and it was also dirty with Kleenex all over the floor and dirty tables. I realize they were likely under staffed, but at least sweep the restaurant. We chose not to eat there.

Nice spacious bungalow in a well maintained resort. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good restaurant, good sized pool, very comfortable and relaxing place, I regretted I booked just one night. If you have a motorcycle it's actually a good place to stay when you are in Pakse, as it is a 35 min drive from the center of town.

Some more choices at breakfast considering the price for one night would have been good, but that's maybe complaining for the sake of complaining...

room is not as clean. bathroom is peeling off and a bit moldy. a few insects in the room. breakfast is disappointing and very crowded. restaurant onsite lacks service and too busy, we ordered a fish dish and waited 20mins for the waitress to tell us no fish, and when we selected another fish dish, she accepted the order but only when we asked 15mins later did she tell us no more fish. at the end we gave up ordering. nothing nearby, need transport to move around.
