Amazing beautiful property and locating

Its a beautiful property and very well maintained. The rooms are clean and its got a fantastic view of the mountains.

While we were informed in advance about the pool and gym not being functional, but the SPA was also not available as a wedding function was scheduled at the property. Considering the rates, it was disappointing to not have these available at the property (specially the SPA). An event at the property should not be at the inconvenience of other guests.

Location is fantabulous with views of snowclad peaks in June and combined with valley. Hospitality and staff is beyond expectation. Hotel Manager Abhishek has made sure it's always customer first. People at restaurant, front desk, spa ; all have been very considerate and helpful. Food has great taste, though there is only one restaurant at property..... overall a fantastic place

There is no swimming pool. Never thought I would want that in a hill station resort but dharamshala was 35 deg Celsius the day we arrived. All was good the next day when it rained and temp went down.

The location is good, view from our room was superb. The mountains view and sunset both were beautiful and amazing from our room balcony. Had a wonderful time and pleasant experience at Storii, the ambience inside the property is also very good, the dining area needs special mention. Staff overall are very good, courteous and very friendly.

Check in process was very bad, had an un pleasant experience. The lady was very unprofessional, she was not ready to share the room details unless 50% advance is paid, though one of us was available to complete the process, on insisting the duty manager was called and from there on everything was smooth. Mr. Jitender, the duty manager was very helpful and professional. However we paid 100% and more after we entered our room to avoid further embarrassing moments.

THE RESORT LOCATION, DESIGN, STAFF COURTESY AND FOOD WERE AWESOME... WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN. THE STAFF IS VERY CORDIAL AND VERY WARM... GOES EXTRAMILE TO UNDERSTAND YOU AND MAKES YOU COMFORTABLE.

GYM SHOULD START ASAP... AND THE SWIMMING POOL.. I MISSED THESE THERE

Ambience, food and staff were all very good. Specially Natish, Nakul and Dinesh in front office, Shipa and Pratiksha in restaurant and chef Jiwan.

it was located very far from the civilization after crossing the cantonment area, secluded resort with nothing around it. very nice and quiet and lots of time to spend with family. nice activites and games in the property.

The restaurant and bar were extremely overpriced and that seemed to be a deterrent in enjoying the bar and the restaurant. Seating of bar was very open and seemed like it has been placed in the hallway of the passage leading to the restaurant, there was no privacy.

I liked the staff hospitality, they were always upto their toes to make sure we have the best of stay

Needs to add on more activities in the hotel so that who ever comes in could spend more time with in the property
