We loved the large room and staff who were very kind and more than eager to please. The location was also great and I liked the comfort of the bed. Having a restaurant and coffee lounge there was awesome. The complementary water was a blessing for this pilgrim on Camino.

The strong scents from cleaning supplies and possibly added scents they use around the hotel. That is a personal issue because I’m allergic to it. The elevator rattles and clunks really hard when it stops.

The location was great. Staff was wonderful. They not only helped with our luggage transfer that we hadn’t done before (had been carrying full packs), but the next day assured us they would follow up again to make sure our bags were picked up after we left.

It was still a bit warm and a sign in the elevator said entire building had been “converted” to hear so no AC was available. We left our window without screen open all night for air.

Location, cleanliness

The staff member woke me up in the afternoon calling 3 x within 30 minutes to urgently adjust my parking as the car was crossing the line by 3 inches. He kept until I went to the garage. There was no one waiting to park, nor I blocked parking spot next to me. Additional, I was advised at check in I will be given free breakfast. After confirming I was alone in a room booked for 2, I was told breakfast will be complimentary. The final bill included charges for breakfast.

Everything but what I appreciated the most was the fantastic shower with incredible water pressure and excellent temperature control. Towels were large and soft. We are hiking the Camino so a good shower is high on my list! The front staff was so helpful with directions and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Bed extremely comfortable, great outlets conveniently placed.

Room was very nice, clean and spacious also we love to have bidet in the toilet. Location perfect, neat supermarket and restaurant and mercado, We also love the breakfast enough for our camino to the next city. It was raining when we arrive at the hotel, but since the location is close to restaurant, cafe and supermarket, we can get all we need easily.

Room very large, little classic style, but a nice large couch, shower lovely and hot, bed very comfy. Reception staff really nice friendly and helpful. Bar staff very nice too. Easy walk in to Centre of town. No English TV channels.

No rubbish basket/bin In in the room, only small bin in bathroom, nothing major but worth a mention. No place to park outside , I was being dropped off and picked up but had to rush as cars waiting to pass. I believe there is parking at the dude or back but I did not need that.

A friendly welcome, which always helps. The hotel is a little dated and charming in its own way. It's nice to see hotels with a personality and this one certainly does. The room was comfortable as were the beds. Parking is also in the building.

If I had to make one comment it would be about the breakfast. I think it would be appropriate to put cold meats on a cooler of some sort as they were just on plates and if the restaurant was anyway warm the meats could spoil very quickly.

Close to major shopping and eateries. Friendly staff. Good value. The restaurant at the hotel seems great. Hallway lights have sensors so it can be dark when you exit your hotel room. Hotel was kind to call a taxi in the early morning hours.

Toilet was dirty upon arrival with a "clean" paper around it. Could have been better.

It's an older style comfortable hotel very close to the old town and right on the Camino. Very spacious room and bathroom.Well managed and looked after, mostly nice and helpful staff .

Breakfast was dissapointing, not great choice and very average presentation.It's not quiet when you have a window open at night and no views but it's a city so I didn't have high expectations.

The hotel is clean, the check in and chek out is very easy and fast. Also love the breakfast. Room is spacious. Located in the middle of the city, we can find restaurant , supermarket and shops near by.

lift is a little bit old. but we just need to take us up and down and they are work well.
