The location is great, close to many restaurants and Hon-Atsugi station. Room is decent in size, there is even a small wardrobe there, which is good. There’s no iron, but I kindly asked for it at the reception and they gave it to me. Room was cleaned every day (trash bins were emptied, bed was arranged, sink in the bathroom was cleaned). They would even turn on the humidity-regulation device, so I would have a nice air when I arrive, which is really kind. Staff was kind in general. Despite some minor flaws, I would still recommend staying in this hotel.

It would be nicer if the staff knew english a bit better. Also, I could feed some kind of smell in the room…I would say like someone at certain point smoked cigarettes in there (if it was a smoking room at one point, in the past), and now even if the room is a non-smoking one, you can still feel the smell from before.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite, always ready to help and were able to communicate with me in my native English. I particularly appreciated their efforts with the Ta-Q-Bin and completing the waybill for me. The central location of the hotel in Atsugi was perfect, with shops, konbini, a train station (on the Odakyu line), restaurants, shopping malls and leisure activities all within easy reach. Yet the hotel was very quiet and peaceful to sleep in at night. The hotel facilities were top-notch, featuring vending machines, an ice machine, a lovely bar, shops and a delightful restaurant. The buffet breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, both Western style and Japanese style. I must particularly express my thanks to the breakfast staff for their excellent service and very pleasant demeanour. My room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a dehumidifier, tv, fridge, pyjamas, a trouser press, slippers, and even a shoe-horn, making my stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was also well stocked with personal products like a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, wash cloth. Literally everything you could possibly need. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience! Lastly, the value, which was incredible, given the level of service, the inclusive buffet breakfast, the amazing staff, the room facilities and the complimentary products. I must express my gratitude for a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again if I were to visit the Kanagawa area again.

The room decor was a little bit dated, but did not detract from my stay at all.

The breakfast was delicious. I loved the buffet style and windows viewing the street. Lots of Japanese and Western Cuisine. I personally loved the omelette and sausages. If you didn't add breakfast already then they just take your room number and add it to the bill later (1600 yen). There is also a small beautiful rooftop chapel.

The room had scuffs from previous use here and there, like scuffs from furniture up against the wall, I'm guessing that the interior hasnt been updated in awhile; but everything is there and the beds really were quite comfy.

We like the location, it is in a nice quiet area and yet a convenient walk from the Train Station. This was our 2nd stay at this Hotel and it was another nice visit. I recommend the Breakfast before your head out for the day.

Location was excellent for my trip, near the train station. Luxurious hotel, very clean.

Food selection was poor. But there are many restaurants and kiosks around the hotel, so not much of a problem.

Good breakfast and easy for parking if you have a car rented. Comfy beds but could do with more pillows😅 it was one per bed 😬. Overall it's ok and for smoker there are smokimg rooms

Great location to everything; shopping, dining, train station, etc. Old building but the owners invested money to update though out the building. Loved the clean room and very comfortable beds, fluffy bedspreads and 2 quality pillows on each bed.

The bathroom needs to be ventilated better.

Close to Hon Atsugi station. Lots of restaurants options nearby and MyLord malls is 5 minutes away.
