The see view from the window was amazing, the beautiful beach is right across the street, you can meet the sunrise every day, the breakfast was very good, water for free in the room every day, guests can change the beach towels as many times as they want. All stuff and other guests from Vietnam were very friendly. Front office manager Annie also speaks Russian, which really helps for communication. She also gave us her what's app number, and she answered very quickly.

The swimming pool and gym are very small. There is no place to hang your wet swimming suits and other wet clothes inside the room.

Close to beach, close to restaurants, very friendly staff, big room, Free voucher for icecream, good internet, very good selection of breakfast with good timings. Free amenities like toothbrush and toohpaste in bathroom and 2 botlles od small water everyday. Beautifull view from our room to seaside.

Room was not cleaned properly, especially bathroom and lookes outdated. Dirty walls and old furniture. Hotel beach is one big joke, for súch a big hotel you have only about Six umbrellas, the other umbrellas you have to pay and these six umbrellas they close at 4pm, the payid umbrellas you can stay longer ….bussiness model

STARCITY HOTEL & Condel BEACHFRONT NHA TRANG The location is amazing, across from Sailing Club, day and night time venue, Starcity has its own beach beds, close to markets, restaurants, and everything you need. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast buffet excellent with views up and down the coast. On arrival the reception staff said if I wait just a short while they had a higher floor available coming up,well worth the hour which was no hardship, they minded my bags and I went and enjoyed a seafood lunch. LOVE THIS PLACE

If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the pizza they had on special offer. It was obviously not made on the premises the doe was gluggy soft and the pizza was tastless.

We had a truly great stay at Starvcity in Vietnam. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy our time here. The room was spacious and tidy, and everything we needed was provided. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt taken care of from the first moment we arrived. It’s a place where you can relax after a busy day and know that every detail has been thought of. The hotel propose free ice-cream and 1 free lunch. A very big thank you to Annie! We have stayed in many hotels before, but her attention and kindness really stood out. She was always ready to help, answer our questions, and make sure everything went smoothly. Her care and dedication made our trip even more special, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. Annie, you made us feel at home, and we will always remember your amazing hospitality.

This was the second time coming to Nha Trang and I didnt want fo try a different hotel because my stay here at the Starcity Hotel was just wonderful. Ms.Annie and her staff are all very helpfull and friendly staff. Always smiling. They do really care and make sure that you are satisfied in every way. Ms. Yen checked me in and she was such a friendly young lady. When I checked out Ms. Annie made sure to be present and I even got a free cappuchino to say thank you for visiting The location is great. The breakfast was amazing. Even the restaurant food was great. Most beautiful room with a great view. Love the bathroom. Such a comfortable bed. Didnt want to leave. Will definitly be visiting again!!

The private beach for visitors is a very small area. Never enough chairs.

Can't really find any faults , maybe the gym needs a bit of maintenance and crossing the road in Vietnam is a hair raising experience...

Across from the beach, connected rooms for family and had wonderful street food on Fri and Sat right outside the lobby.

Only a bathtub in bathroom, no standing shower and the design for bathtub was absolutely wrong and inexperienced. The lips around the bathtub are 2 inches higher than the marble base installed around it, so when taking shower all the water coming out off the tub then drifting down to the bathroom’s floor. Making it so messy and slippery. You have to put all towels on the floor or around the bathtub to absorb the water coming out. Asked to change room but they said there was no connected room with ocean view with standing shower. Stuck with it.

Great location and great room

Staff at restaurant are not professional, the manager is the only one who is professional and careful but other staff are not good enough when concentrating into foreigner adult and let children waiting to get crepes even the child coming first but they still serve the foreigner until other guest speaking up. We are not lucky when meeting too many unpolite guest this time from North VN , I know there are polite people there but we are not lucky to meet only unpolite people this time who speak loudly just like this place is there own room and let the children shouting, crying without doing anything to teach them to keep quiet and respect others guests, maybe those adults don't know what is the manner way as well

Great hotel in all aspects. 1). The room was roomy,clean ,with a sea view. Bathroom was fine .Comfortable bed. 2). Very good breakfast with a reasonably good catering for both Asian and Western 3). Location was excellent ,with a great popular beach (Nha Trang Beach ),and The Sailing Club straight across the road,several eating places on the same beach road,and within 10/15 min walk to other eateries/bars, a couple streets back. 4). When required the staff were very pleasant and helpful,they arranged our tickets to visit Vinpearl 5). The popular swimming beach was beautiful and clean ,with a couple of bars for your holiday convenience as well 6) The swimming pool was great,good temperature and clean

The rooms are a reasonable size and were comfortable. The location is superb, with the Sailing Club and the beach just over the road. Rooms are well priced for the location.

Getting in and out of the swimming pool was a little tricky due to its sloped edges, which made me concerned about slipping. The breakfast was chaotic between 7 and 8 am, highly likely due to guests needing to eat before going on organized tours. I was a solo traveler, so I would secure a table for breakfast. After going to get food from the buffet, I would return to the table to then find my things had been moved and a group had taken my place. Very frustrating so i advise going for breakfast after 8am if possible.
