- amazing value - can't beat the location. Just minutes walk from the beach -friendly staff - upon checking in we realize our fridge doesn't work. They asked some maintenance guys to come fix it but it seems they couldn't fix the fridge so they brought up a full size fridge for our room to use instead! This is great since we're a family with two young children. - we loved the infinity pool and kids play area - facilities are room are clean

- On our first night, there was a concert/party that started from 7pm and ended at..11pm? Maybe later? I believe it was hosted outside on the amenity level so the noise was unavoidable. The music was SO LOUD. It made it difficult for our little ones to sleep.

Very modern hotel and one of 5 Vinpearl facilities in the Nha Trang area . One particularly advanced feature is their centralized data storage and facial recognition tracking system. Facial recognition is made at check-in and is stored on Vinpearl's central system. I wanted to visit Vinpearl Harbour using the cable car and was not only able to do this free as an existing Vinpearl client but was also able to access the cable car without going to the ticket office because the facial recognition system recognized me immediately. The hotel is very clean with an extensive breakfast buffet. I stayed on the 40th. floor so the view over the bay and to Corniche was spectacular. With the old town behind and the beach-front across the road, the hotel is well served with many different food outlets and bars within walking distance and taxis immediately available at the curbside Overall, good value for money.

The noise and the traffic.....but this is Vietnam! The Corniche Road is very busy and the traffic gives no quarter so crossing over to the beach-side you take your life in your hands. Despite my room being on the 40th. floor the noise from the Sailing Club nightclub was deafening and when they were practicing for the Liberation Day right through the night, the combined effect was enough to wake the dead. I suggest staying late at the Sailing Club and drinking plenty so that you don't so much sleep as go into a coma. Other than that it was great

Birthday cake in room was a nice surprise, the buffet breakfast has a large selection and the staff are well trained, professional, fast and friendly

The air con in the buffet breakfast made it so you were sweating whilst eating if you sat between the buffet and the beach view, the other side further away the air con works better, I thought it strange at the pool you can't charge to your room anything including the pool floats. Air con in the lift area would increase guest experience as well, windows open in halls doesn't help as the whole area including lifts is humid and hot

Nice 5 stars hotel with kind and helpful front desk staff. Breathtaking view over the ocean every morning, particularly after they cleaned our window. Excellent breakfast. Everything you need within walking distance (restaurant, beach club, convenience store, and even a supermarket). Spacious and comfortable room (but we booked one or their largest option)

Nothing they can do, but missing some power plugs near the bed Small bathroom Joints of the shower tiles could be whitened. A reserved area for guests scooters in the vincom plaza parking could be nice (but at least parking is free). It's true that on week end nights, the Sailing club music can be heard loud, but they make efforts by stoping the loud musing around midnight. Early week days at calmer.

Location is good, there are many restaurants, shopping malls around, as well as the beach a few minutes from the Hotel. It’s super convenient that there’s Starbucks and restaurants in the hotel. The staff is super nice and polite, breakfast is great and rooms are amazing and clean.

I didn’t like that hotel advertises „private beach area“, which is in fact located on public beach and consists of 5 or 6 umbrellas with 10-12 sun beds. That’s not enough for a 43-story hotel! You can rent sun bed for 300‘000 Dong (around USD 12) per person from other „providers“ on the beach. And they charge it no matter how long you stay (even if just 1 hour). We used to walk a little bit further to the left (100-200 meters) and there you can rent 1 sun bed for 100‘000 Dong. That didn’t change the fact that I would have stayed at this hotel again, but just little inconvenience. For some people it’s not cheap to pay this money for a sun bed every day.

in one word - WOW! Excellent facilities, overwhelming breakfast, huge room, magnificent view. Really decent hotel deserving 5 stars! They don't count if you take a towel for a day going, for instance, on a hot springs, or on some island tours. They have a private beach where they have everything as long as you are the guest of the hotel. Close to central locations as well as to themed restaurants as Armenian, Uzbek as well as Coral Ahn where the huge BBQ live lobster of 1.1kg cost only 60AU dollars! Speechless!

The hotel is right next to the beach and overlooks the sea. It has a very nice view of the sea! The staff is very nice, attentive and helpful. Ample breakfast with both local and international dishes. Their pho soup and Vietnamese coffee were especially delicious. The rooms were clean and well equipped with both refreshments (water, tea, coffee) and bathroom amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc.). Special thanks for your quick and constructive patience with the problem surrounding the booking fee! I really enjoyed every minute of my stay there!

Near everything. Breakfast was very good, coffee was great! Staff were very helpful and got us bus tickets while helping us secure cable car tickets as well.

The gym was only open after 6 and I wish it would be 24/7 since I cannot go if my children wake up. The 5th floor breakfast place is really nice, good view, feels more open and has loads and loads of options. However on the last day we got sent to the 4th floor where there was only 1 coffee machine and the food selection was far less than what was upstairs. I understand that perhaps it was full, however my wife came 5 minutes after and was seated upstairs. Not a big deal but it was a bit frustrating and I really need my morning coffee.

The Vinpearl is always to go to place. We enjoyed our stay and will always return when in Nha Trang. Staff are always helpful, the breakfast was fantastic as usual. My friend left his passport and money in the safe and we travelled to Mue ni. I liaised with the staff and they were so helpful in retrieving the items and keeping them safe so we could get them conveyed to Mue ni. Fantastic. They sent us a photo of my mates passport which enabled us to check in at our new motel. I can’t speak highly enough of them all and those who were directly involved. Thank you again. 11/10 I say.

Centrally located reasonable value and breakfast was good lots of choices. Clean rooms although more complimentary water is in order! 2 small bottles a day isn't enough. First thing is to buy more water from the local mart. Location is great for food choices and restaurants. Prices are cheap but don't bother with pizzas as it seems none really knows how to make them stick to Vietnamese choices.

Busy hotel, pool not really usable as it's mostly shaded after 12. Seems Nha Trang bay has strong south westerly winds in April which makes the pool area unusable as it's too windy. Very noisy night club scene on weekends past 1 am. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation suggest resorts although not too many close to the main town. If you're looking to mix it with the locals then it's great location and hotel. Just remember cyclists and cars have right of way in Vietnam. They will try at all cost to avoid stopping for you to allow you to cross the road. Suggest you carry any young children or hold them close at all times. Any road rules you may be used to in your country forget them! It's you versus the vehicles.
