The see view from the window was amazing, the beautiful beach is right across the street, you can meet the sunrise every day, the breakfast was very good, water for free in the room every day, guests can change the beach towels as many times as they want. All stuff and other guests from Vietnam were very friendly. Front office manager Annie also speaks Russian, which really helps for communication. She also gave us her what's app number, and she answered very quickly.

The swimming pool and gym are very small. There is no place to hang your wet swimming suits and other wet clothes inside the room.

STARCITY HOTEL & Condel BEACHFRONT NHA TRANG The location is amazing, across from Sailing Club, day and night time venue, Starcity has its own beach beds, close to markets, restaurants, and everything you need. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast buffet excellent with views up and down the coast. On arrival the reception staff said if I wait just a short while they had a higher floor available coming up,well worth the hour which was no hardship, they minded my bags and I went and enjoyed a seafood lunch. LOVE THIS PLACE

If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the pizza they had on special offer. It was obviously not made on the premises the doe was gluggy soft and the pizza was tastless.

The impeccable service and the help we got always from the office manager Fom, great breakfast, superb views from the room and guaranteed lounge chairs at the wonderful beaches

Can't really find any faults , maybe the gym needs a bit of maintenance and crossing the road in Vietnam is a hair raising experience...

We had a great stay at StarCity Hotel! Annie and her team welcomed us with open arms and made us feel comfortable and seen the whole time. Annie goes far to meet everyone’s needs and to answer any questions we had. Always with a smile and great service. The facilities were also amazing: swimming pool had sunlight for almost the entire day, with the possibility of ordering food and drinks. The hotel also offers chairs and umbrella stands on the beach. Room was spacious and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good in my taste, abundance of different kind of local Vietnamese dishes and western food. Staff is very kind and spoke good English, especially Front Desk manager Ms. Annie was extremely helpful, took great care of me and my family, greeted us always with kind smile and warm wish for a nice day. Every time we arrived with taxi, there was someone to open our door, restaurant at 1st floor has good service, tasty Aussie Burgers. Swimming pool and Gym at 3rd floor are quiet and Spa was opening as we visited. Our room had great views to Nha Trang beach, it was quiet, very clean and newly refurbished.

Great walkable location with lovely ocean views

This is obviously a very busy hotel. Most hotel staff were lovely and helpful but unfortunately some were also quite abrupt and disinterested. To the point that we felt like we were bothering them by requesting a bucket of ice for our room and were eventually asked to go and collect it from the bar ourselves Possibly a communication issue on our behalf. Or perhaps we had just been spoilt with the great service at previous hotels. Overall we still enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect and close to everything. The front of house manager Annie was amazing and very helpful. Made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. All the staff were brilliant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The room was spotless and house keeping was perfect. The management and staff should be very proud of the Starcity hotel. We hope to return in future. Thank you to everyone for making our stay amazing. 10/10.

The location, the Manager Annie was very attentive and friendly, helpful, so was all the front desk staff, thank you for not charging us for the blood stain pillow.

Shower in the bathtub, water spilled on floor when showering, very loud music across the sailing club kept us awake on Friday night.

Annie, gave us a big welcome smile the moment we arrived, she actually guessed who we were before we said anything. Very helpful in showing us the ins and outs of the hotel, we will be going back again later this year.

Crossing the very busy road to get to the beach and the hotels private bit of beach, of course not the hotels fault, but very intimidating at busy times
