1. Connecting rooms with sea-view is top-notch for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids! 2. Location: city-center - a lot of nice cafes and restaurants in a walking distance 3. No construction works around - great sleep at night! 4. Good diverse breakfasts - you can always find different fruits, vegetables and eggs of different style. 5. Great vietnamese coffee on breakfast 6. The beds in the rooms were great - tough mattress = great sleep 7. The pool on the top floor is rather small and cold, but OK to use time to time for kids (if case there are big waves in the sea)

The room we had here was fantastic and had an amazing view. We loved having a separate shower and toilet and a very large size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and large. Having a seating area was very good as it was nice to sit and look at the ocean and we even saw fireworks one night across at the island. This hotel was down a lane way but it is wide enough and has turning space for a car to drop off and pick up. There was also a little bar area across from the front entrance where you could get good priced beers and other drinks. The location of this hotel was fantastic and only around the block and you could walk across the road to the beach. There is a small Vincom shopping centre around the corner that has a winmart in it. There are also a few good local restaurants nearby as well as local laundry where we got ours done a couple of times for a good price. Housekeeping did a great job and arrived at approx the same time every day which made it easy to make sure we were out of their way to clean. They seemed very friendly whenever we said hello to them exiting our room.

We found the breakfast to be quite ordinary and not as much Vietnamese options as we would have liked and have had at other hotels. We also found it difficult to navigate around the small breakfast area with quite a few rude guests. We only went twice in our week long stay and preferred to go to local restaurants even though it was included in our stay. We found it quite strange that reception didn't say hello to you all the time, but figured this was just a Nha Trang thing as it is definitely a different city to others in Vietnam. We tried engaging and saying hello to people but felt we were looked at strangely for doing so.

Stayed in this hotel 2 times. I really liked my room — brand new design, panoramic window with sea view, window in the bathroom, unbelievably huge bed. Tv, fridge, coffee and tea facilities, 2 small bottles of water every day. Daily cleaning and towels change. Good location next to the beach. Helpful staff. And of course pool with sea view and big hall with city panorama view on the last floor. Lovely music in the lift :) Staff kindly kept my luggage while I was in another city and after I came back they gave me same room according to my request. In all it was a great stay and I’m looking forward to come back again.

They were super friendly. Our train left very late, so after check-out we went to the Beach. While this they looked after our luggage and even offered us a room to take a shower for free, so we could get rid of the sand and salt. We will definetly come again. The rooms were comfy and clean and the breakfast was outstanding for only 100 k vnd. Thank you!

A fantastic hotel, located close to the beach, close to the Main Streets, very central but also very quiet. Friendly, accommodating staff who are helpful. Large rooms and beds which are incredibly clean. Big windows so lots of light in the room and plenty of space for luggage etc. A smaller but clean pool upstairs with 6 sun loungers but you are also so close to the beach you may not need it. We were getting a night bus and the hotel offered us a shower before we left that evening after checking out. This was something other hotels haven’t offered. So a big plus. Honestly the best value for money in Vietnam.

This hotel is incredibly good for the price, especially if you are lucky and get a sea view room on a high floor. Beautiful sunrise over the ocean at your feet every morning. Best location for restaurants cafes and beach, excellent, friendly service.

I stayed here 2 years ago, and looked forward to the same excellent buffet breakfast this trip. I found exactly the same menu and even same staff, but the food quality had declined a bit, with soggy Pho noodles stuck together and half-dried-out passion fruits. Overall it was still ok though, but there are numerous places just outside with better coffee and breakfast

My room was on a high floor, offering a nice city view. It was spacious with a nice sitting area, good shower option and pressure, good space on the vanity. The location is fairly central, easy to walk to local dining, beach, shopping and bars, though most cabs will not go down the alleyway. Top floor offers an incredible view pool, small gym and a bar/lounge area with several games and seating - never did see it used but a great space.

The room has suffered from some bumps, wear and tear usage. My sheets had some small stains and tears, but were otherwise clean. Staff were courteous but not as ambitious or helpful as other locations in Vietnam. Laundry prices are high, but there is a great place next door, run by a family, that offers excellent service & pricing.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing—very friendly and incredibly helpful, which made a big difference. The rooms, however, were quite small and could use better soundproofing, as we could hear our neighbors. The view from the room was fantastic, we had ocean view rooms. The mattresses were comfortable, but it was odd that there were no bed bases; the mattresses were laid directly on a platform-like floor. The rooms were very clean but the hotel needs some maintenance and a good cleaning. The towels provided at the pool were very old with stains and holes and need replacing . Breakfast was okay, but the dining room was a bit of a letdown, with a dirty, smelly atmosphere and old carpet. Overall, there were some highs and lows, but the incredible staff made the stay worthwhile.

Perfect location, less than 5min walking from the sea High floor rooms are very good and view is spectacular, the rooms are clean (not the same for the swimming pool) Very good the towels given in the reception when going to the beach

Swimming pool is good but the area and cleaning could be much better, the breakfast too Gym is poor, dirty and very small (but I don't think is crucial for this hotel and location!)

Communication, staff, welcome, room, cleaning, location location location, rooftop pool with view as good as any 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost. Lovely friendly staff, always happy to help.

The ONLY thing I can think of is it would be great if the glass around the pool was cleaner so the views were even more amazing!
