Great location, 2 huge beds that were pushed together and could have easily fit 5 people. Air con worked really well and there was a small balcony. Price was crazy cheap. Staff were sometimes hard to find when I wanted to check out or ask about late check out. They allowed me to check in early and the day I left, I paid about $10 to check out at 8pm which was good. There was a kettle and tea and coffee making and a small fridge in the room as well as a safe and a wardrobe for your clothes. Looks like they have interconnecting rooms too, although I didn’t use that

No hot water so I wasn’t able to have a shower. I tried twice and left the water running for 10mins but still nothing. I would stay elsewhere next time due to this reason as I always want to take at least a warm shower, even if it’s not hot.

"Do not disturb" sign actually worked (unusual for Vietnam). The hotel provided water and other amenities (tooth brushes etc). The price was unbeatable — 9 USD/night. Wi-fi worked flawlessly. Elevator is slow and often used by staff making it impossible to use. I used staircase because it was much faster (I lived on the floor number 5 wich is actually 7th). The entrance is occupied with motorbikes etc. To reach the "ground" flor (and the elevator) you must climb the stairs first. Ok for me, bad for people with heavy bags or with a wheelchair/buggy. The shower hose had a hole in it so It was basically impossible to take a shower. I didn't need it that much. Probably I could ask for help/room change/repair. The windows are jokingly small. Still it's nice to have any though.

It was central, although the hotel was old it was very clean and had a working elevator that did not smell which tends to be an issue in many older hotels but was nit an issue here. Arrived a bit early and very tired and they let me check in early at no extra cost. They had parking available (nearby) even though it was in a main road and it was not as noisy as i would have expected as that road has less business at night so i could sleep without any issue. Lady in charge was lovely and very helpful and spoke good english.

Big difficult to find the exact door even though it has a big sign as there is a massage place in the front/side (side business). It was still easily findable, but you had to pay a bit of attention to get in.

Location was fantastic. Ut the receptionist was soooo kind and helpful. She has a contagious smile and will go out of her way to accommodate you. She booked a limousine seat for me to Guy Nhon which was kind and appreciated. Also was kind enough to give me an upgrade which was appreciated. The room was clean, no shortage of hot water with great pressure. A/C was strong and quiet. Overall great place to stay.

There wasn't any issues.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-furnished. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

Nothing major. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi signal, which could be slightly stronger in some areas of the apartment.

Very cheap and the room is very good. Great location surrounded by beaches and restaurants. Most importantly wonderful service. Nghia from reception helped us so much and gave great advice. If you want to book any tickets to anywhere, talk to her she will help you with cheapest price. She is amazing and really nice.

Staff were helpful, room was nice, area was good. When we arrived, our first room was dirty and smelt of smoke - the lady on reception immediately said it wasn’t good enough and got the cleaners in and changed our room.

Guests were leaving their room key at reception as requested by staff - we did not do this and thought it was odd.

We booked the 3 islands VIP day tour which was interesting and fun, inclusive of a Vietnamese lunch on the floating restaurant. The hotel boss (great sense of humor) also helped us book our limousine bus tickets to Da Lat with pickup from the hotel. Everything was really smooth and pleasant.

The water pressure in the shower was really low and need some improvement 😅

The location is good, next to the beach and all restaurants, shops etc. Good value for money since the price is cheap.

The room service took place at different time in different days. Sometimes my room was cleaned every day, but sometimes no one came to my room for 4 days.

Good and comfy. It costs enough.

A few numbers have broken conditioners or fungious bathroom. But stuff fixing it.
