Location is perfect, 200m from the beach with many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Rooms are modern well appointed and comfortable with Smart TV. Some rooms have a bathtub we upgraded so we had this and a city view balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful, value for money it’s amazing for the price, we stayed 11 nights and paid just £22 GBP then upgraded for an extra £6 per night. Would highly recommend

Rooftop pool is very small but hardly used so you stand a good chance of getting one of the six beds up there. Breakfast caters to Russian and Asian clientele but was fine for us as we are not picky and was even included in the room rate.

brekky had a very good range of foods for all tastes. Egg station staff were very competent and delivered our eggs perfectly. Front reception staff were very attentive and polite. Housekeeping was fantastic. Swimming pool was very clean.

We realize that Covid has played an impact on tourism in many parts of the world and when we return to Nha Trang to this wonderful hotel it would be great to have a drink at the roof top bar.

Breakfast was very good nice selection . Staff very friendly and helpful. Area very good for shops ,restaurants, bars and beach.

Very clean nicely furnished room. There was nothing you would miss. You can even borrow a beach towel at the reception. The staff was really friendly. They even prepared us a breakfast to go on our last day as our flight was early in the morning.

The breakfast buffet has a lot of different dishes to chose from, but as a vegetarian you have to watch out for meat in vegetable dishes. The vegetable rice soup had meat in it. Nonetheless there are enough meat free choices to have a nice breakfast as a vegetarian.

The place was absolutely. clean, comfortable with lots of natural light. The swimming pool with a stunning view. The water could be a but warmer though, it was ice freezing cold. The location was very convenient with lots of coffee shops, convenience stores around.

The front desk staff should be trained to welcome guests with smiling face. Even though I never had any problems with asking for details and additional information.

Hotel was great, good price and location. Rooms were modern and clean. The customer service was good especially the staff on reception Tien and Long they were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

They closed the pool on one of the days and said it was due to a storm coming so we weren’t able to use it or the rooftop area, the storm never came and it didn’t even rain so was disappointing that they shut it so early.

The staff are excellent and very accommodating. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and extremely good value for what we paid (£24 a night)

The rooftop bar isn't much of a bar, but the view is excellent and the pool is clean. The noise from the renovations they were doing was definitely the worst part. Very loud from 8am! But once we rang down to complain the noise stopped quickly afterwards.

Front office staff is friendly and supportive, especially Ms Ngan from FO and FNB colleagues Only one confusing thing: upon checking we asked the price of drop off car, at first we were informed 350k vnd, and later there was a male staff (night shift) informed the price 400k. We asked why prices are different? Finally we got dropped off with 350k. Advise: should have stable and consistent advise and information. Many thanks Erica!!

the rooms were spacious and nice, our favourite thing was the rooftop pool where we spent our afternoons

the cleaning wasn’t 10/10, didn’t feel like they did that much expect changing the towels. some of the staff in the reception didn’t have any English skills so sometimes it was pretty hard to communicate

Location, cleanliness, comfort of bed, views.

The free breakfast wasn’t worth it. I ate it once and never went again. The cleaners could benefit from a checklist. I had to often call to ask for basics like toilet paper and towels.
