Never once felt ignored or invisible. Front desk - wonderful. Breakfast staff - always there for you. Maids/cleaners - always willing to accommodate your needs

We loved this place. Nicest hotel we stayed at in 4 weeks in SE Asia. I am still congratulating my wife for finding this gem. The location is two long blocks from the beach, but right smack in the thick of things. we were placed high up as requested and did not hear any noise from the street. We even enjoyed our view of the mountain. Partial ocean view from the swimming pool sealed the deal The pool is not large or spectacular but we used the heck out of it. Don't be put off by the alley entrance. Once you come up the stairs, you will enjoy the fabulous ambiance. They really went to town decorating this place. And the staff speak decent English!

Great location - beach 5 minute walk, cafes, restaurants, marts all around. Hotel is new. Entrance alley is very clean, newly painted - no through access,just hotel and one home - safe. Hotel entrance has some lovely, characterful touches - decor, chairs, ornaments. Feels very welcoming. 4 rooms rooms on each of the floors. One lift - be patient😊, it's used by housekeeping too, but you won't wait long. We had two rooms. Both were big, with space to move around. Double had a small 'balcony'. Views of city, other hotels. TV had good selection of programmes. Bathroom in double is a glass box with etched glass for some privacy. Twin had separate bathroom. Shower - rain and hand - very good with plenty hot water at any time. Very quiet. No issues with noise. Bed was large, firm and comfortable. Good bed linen and decent pillows. Pool is on 14th floor - lift goes to 12A - steps to top. Towels available from reception. It's small but lovely. Big enough for play and swim. Wasn't cold at any time, even on a dull day.Coloured lighting around the water at night. Views are mainly rooftops but you can see the sea and over to Vin Pearl Ferris wheel. There are other hotels, with rooftop pools around but doesn't feel exposed. Nice planting around edge. 4 sunbeds, a table, chairs and hanging chairs for relaxing. Lovely area to sit out, relax, chat, meet others - though in 4 nights we had it mainly to ourselves. Breakfast is a selection of Vietnamese dishes and egg dishes (order night before)with bread for toasting, salad, fruit, tea, coffee, juice on buffet. Very good. We were offered pancakes as an extra too. Staff team are very friendly and helpful. Not all speak English, but it's part of the holiday to try to communicate...and Google helps! Very happy to recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money with added charm.

Nothing. If the shower starts to overflow, remove the drain cap a little - it's quite a common problem.

Definitely a place worth staying! The hotel is located at the city center, 300m away from the beach and only a few minutes' drive to other tourist attractions. Although a little bit hidden in the alley, it is still a good and convenient place for family as traveling around only takes minutes. The rooms are very clean, stylish, and spacious with excellent service, not to mention the offered breakfast is delicious as well. I highly recommend Bun Bo, Bun Rieu and Banh Cuon, those are my family's favorites. The owner, Mr Chuyen, is super nice and friendly. We really appreciate his hospitability and food suggestions during our staying at the hotel ❤️ A big thank you to Aaron Boutique for such a great and beautiful experience!

Great value hotel downtown Nha Trang - literally 5 minute walk from the beach. Room was large and bright, AC was working perfectly, WiFi was fast - everything as advertised. Rooftop pool was on the smaller side but still not crowded, so I visited on most days. Staff was friendly and helpful - I arrived at 11 AM due to an early flight and my room was available already, so that was a great start to an overall good stay. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is new and clean, it’s located between the Second and the Third lines in a small quiet street. Everything was perfect and three of us had an amazing stay. The receptionists were very kind and helpful, and even when we had some issues they were able to solve them in a best way possible.

We still wish the breakfast would be better a bit

The hotel staff was the best part of our stay. They helped me made my husband’s birthday very special with such a lovely blue themed birthday decoration. They do not have vegetarian menu but helped me still to get a vegetarian sandwich. I loved my stay and would book the hotel again in future. Location is good, food is good. Rooms are clean and nice. ❤️ everything was perfect.

If they could give 750ml or 1l of water bottle per guest that would be great! No other complaints at all. 🫶🏻

Very comfortable and cosy hotel, ideal both for families and individuals. The outstanding design and impeccably clean, the cleaning service is made every day. I like the location of the hotel very much: situated in a quiet side street, yet in the very centre, a lot of restaurants, spas and shops are around and the sea is only in 5 minutes of walking. The swimming pool is opened till late at night, the water is clean, warm and illuminated. The staff is friendly, ready to settle all your needs. Thank you very much, me and my family were really happy to stay in Aaron Boutique Hotel and sincerely recommend it to the others.

Beautiful hotel, big room with very nice washrooms. We had a sea view on the 12th floor. Breakfast was good. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants. We rented bicycles from around the corner and went on an awesome bike ride down the coast

Staff was unfriendly, no one ever smiled or said hi, very limited English as well. I asked if I they could send me info about tours prior to arriving so we could sign up for the next day because we didn't arrive until midnight. They said we could sign up when we arrived and the reception didn't have a clue so we didn't get to do one. Also a minibar with no cost info.

Lovely small hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains and greenery. The room was spacious and quiet, and to my surprise it even had a bathtub – such a rare find in Asia! There is a small kitchen with all the essentials, which was perfect for cooking for my child. The host is very kind and helpful.

On the downside, the socket under the stove didn’t work, so we had to use an extension cord. Also, the first room had a semi-transparent door, and the light from the hallway disturbed our sleep. Luckily, the owner quickly moved us to another room with a curtain on the door, which solved the problem.
