The room was spacious, comfortable and the view from the window was gorgeous, especially after dark. Breakfast buffet was nice with enough options. Rooftop pool was also very nice feature with a good view of the city. During our stay there were very few other guests so we usually had the facilities for ourselves and we got a great deal on the room. Hard to judge how it would be during peak season, but we really enjoyed the atmosphere as it was.

We had one issue with the staff during our stay. We originally booked 3 nights. On the third day, we asked the receptionist if we could extend our stay by two nights and we were assured it's not a problem and that it's noted. Two days after that we were stopped by another receptionist and they insisted we had to pay for our stay since we were meant to check out the day before. We explained the situation and paid for the 5 nights but they seemed rather unpleasant about it and made us feel like we're trying to rob them. No apologies either even though it was a mistake on their end. Kind of a bummer because we really enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Huge clean room with an average sized bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge in room. Small balcony overlooking the main road. Staff were excellent, enjoyed the range of options available for breakfast. Decent sized pool on the roof, great views of the area. Good location, 10 minutes to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

We had a room facing the main road so there was traffic noise. There is a club opposite which gets quite noisy at night and there are some construction works in the area too.

Really nice hotel, good value for the money, friendly staff! Room was cleaned very often and detailed. We were super happy with our choice!

It‘s complaining on a high level but if we would change something, it‘s the breakfast system: - 6:30 - 9:00 is way to early for most people - could be more intercontinental, 90% vietnamese food - could be refilled more often like juice, bread etc. - one microwave lead to waiting queue all the time

The location is perfect. Very close to restaurants, main arteries and about 10 minutes from the beach. The room was large and comfortable and the balcony, although small, allowed you to relax with a nice view. The breakfasts, without being exceptional, are adequate. You can also rent motorbikes on site.

The photos are more beautiful on the Booking site than in reality. The pool is very small and uninviting. Photos are not representative.

The facilities are good, has a rooftop pool and a breakfast buffet. Although it’s not completely close to the beach as it is still about 15 mins walk away. Near the main strip, so it’s still convenient.

The pillows smells a little sweaty, and some of the rooms smell like bad odour.

Great location and very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good sized bathroom. Despite the hotel being almost empty, they made sure to still offer us breakfast with multiple options. Fresh fruits, made to order eggs and of course pho. Staff was very friendly and available 24/7, so even after making a mistake with booking a night train a day to early, we were able to check out around midnight.

Unfortunately, some facilities were still closed due to covid, and because there were barely any other guests, the breakfast buffet was somewhat limited.

breakfast was very limited due to a lack in guests which meant a lot of the breakfast that was advertised wasn’t there. Many facilities like the gym was still shut from covid. the pool had no lights on once it got dark for a swim even though the pool was still open for another 2 hours.

The Hotel was amazing & the views were spectacular. Very spacious rooms with a balcony and a bath. Delicious breakfast also a swimming pool on the top of the Hotel. The staff at the Galliot Hotel are also amazing & very friendly & very helpful. I will definitely stay again at the Galliot Hotel when in Nha Trang

Lovely staff. Comfy room and beds. Rooms are attractive.

Breakfast could have more western fare & better fruit selection. Hallways had dirty carpet...needs an upgrade to tile.

I loved the free upgrade of my room. It was very big and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was diverse and pretty good. Considering the price of the hotel it was all great!
