The hotel is really new, comfortable bed, nice interior, big bathroom, good housekeeping. Nice, clean spa where they do professional nice massage. For breakfast they serve delicious coffee, you can find food for European tastes, fruit in sufficient quantity.

This is very good hotel, clean, fresh, with new furniture, etc. But there is something we want to share with guests, so everything goes smooth for them, and they get only the best and positive experience. Upon check-in we noticed that 2 small towels are missing. It was not a big deal for us, and we did not talk with administrator about it. But it was mistake from our side. Upon checkout we were suspected that two small towels are missing because of us. It took some time to convince administrator that we did not have two small towels since we entered the room. We were upset little bit because we have got great impression about the hotel and service. I still recommend the hotel but make sure to check and count everything upon checking the room.

Friendly, helpful staff. Large, clean rooms. Easy to rent a scooter. Walking distance to beach and night market. Has a bath as well as a shower.

AC too cold and hard to control. Bed a little hard for my liking. Stairs only to rooftop bar without shade and more stairs to rooftop pool with little shade or seating. Limited breakfast buffet and some things not replenished. No balcony rooms. No opening windows. Paid extra for a "sea view" room but its a "sea glimpse" at best.

Turned out that this hotel was opened 4 days before our check in. The hotel is stunning!! Everything is super duper new, fresh and stylish. Very comfortable bed with spotlessly white bed sheets. The room was spacious, with huge windows overlooking the ocean and the city. The rooftop swimming pool is gigantic and epic! The gym is small but there's enough equipment to workout. We loooved our stay in this gorgeous place!

The hotel is 99% percent done, but there are some small details to finish. There are no sun beds at the pool area, also there's no safety rail around the cavity in the center where the stairs enter (very important!) Also would be nice to have a simple shelf in the shower.

This was a fabulous stay. From the minute you enter the huge lobby (it smells divine) and get a welcoming refreshing drink… our room was spotlessly clean. Bed was COMFY not hard like most beds in Vietnam. The huge double bath was such a welcome treat. Cleaners and staff so friendly. Great location with everything on the doorstep. Fast lift (and super quiet). Breakfast range was huge but very little western so only good if you like Asian… go earlier as after 9.30 they seemed to stop topping things up and were in “clear down” which was a little annoying. But over all we had a great price deal (38 euros/night incl breakfast) and a super stay. A little luxury on our backpacking trip.

Where do I start? This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever had! What an experience! The staff is incredible, and remembers you and your room number, and makes you feel so taken care of. The room and the hotel is the cleanest I’ve ever experienced - just spotless! The breakfast was delicious with many choices, the pool and gym was great, and the location is also really good - right by the beach. If you give them feedback or ask them for anything, they will fix it for you straight away. I felt like they wantet to do everything they could to make the hotel experience as good as possible for their guests. After I fell and hurt my foot, the manager and the staff did everything they could to help me. They helped me cool the injury down, gave me pain killers and made sure I was allright. The hotel has a soft opening now, and soon the spa and the rooftop bar will open, so I expect the hotel just to get better and better! The price is ridiculously low now, so go stay at this hotel before everyone wants to stay here and it gets more expensive 😄

It's actually a very good hotel for the price. Very friendly staff, they were ready to help from the beginning to the end of the arrival,the cleanliness in the rooms and in general in the hotel is very good. It is worth noting the kitchen, there are many types of food, fruits and drinks for breakfast. The pool is also very nice, with a beautiful view, it's a pity I didn't have time to visit the SPA, I'm sure everything is fine there too. I will recommend it, thank you for a good hotel and good luck to all the staff.

Modern and stylish hotel with a large and really cool rooftop swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful accommodating an early check-in and considering our needs. They spoke reasonably good English. The hotel is very central with good sea view rooms on higher floors. It is located behind beach front hotels which in a way is better as the parallel street is quieter and has lots of mini mart, food stalls etc. The breakfast buffet was varied and good quality. It is close to several shopping malls and a short walk to the centre with the restaurants which buzzes with life as the sun goes down.

We had a fantastic room on the 18th floor but the bed was not king size but two singles pushed together. Hence sleep was not as comfortable as it should have been. The shower did not drain away (common in Vietnam) so the tile bathroom floor flooded.

The hotel welcomed me with great enthusiasm, from the moment I made my reservation, through check-in, and until check-out. The lobby area, though small, was well-equipped with amenities including a coffee bar, a quaint restaurant, and a cool waiting area. The restrooms in the lobby and the poolside showers were clean, airy, and fully furnished with facilities. The hotel room was quite new, we was upgraded to the Premier Deluxe, which offered a very spacious room, featuring a large bed with three different types of pillows, and the corridor leading to the room was impressive with the refreshing and cool scent of Citrus. TV that provided a variety of English-language channels and Movie. Although the hotel was not directly facing the sea, it still offered a slanted view of the Nha Trang Bay and the mountainous region behind it. The pool and bar were small but beautifully designed; we managed to take some lovely photos there. The restaurant was small, yet it had a variety of seating options including tables for couples, four-person tables, and family tables for ten. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of Western and Vietnamese dishes. The hot food station had basic noodle soup and an egg station, which was sufficient for me. It would be even better if Espresso Machine was served at the buffet. I am very grateful to Ms. Trang at the reception and Mr. Quốc, the bellman, for their warm welcome and for providing me with detailed tourist information about Nha Trang, which I could use to enjoy a holiday here with my girlfriend. Bellman Khôi and Receptionist Khôi took great care of my luggage. The security guard was very enthusiastic in giving me directions to a gas station in the city. The buffet restaurant staff were very welcoming to guests and quick to clear tables. I would like to thank the chefs, especially the server named Quang, for their service.

The hotel provided me with slippers and a bathrobe for the beach, but they were somewhat tight for my build :( Therefore, I only wore them in my room. The bedside electrical outlet had only two 220V sockets and four USB charging ports. However, since I no longer use this type of charging cable, I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. I spent quite a bit of time outside, so I haven’t yet experienced the spa services, but the menu suggested a variety of intriguing options, and the minibar prices were very reasonable (compared to the four-star hotels I’ve visited in HCMC). Additionally, the hotel should consider polishing the tiled floors in areas such as the Lobby, Elevators, and the Basement Stairwell.

Beautiful big rooms! We had very comfortable stay. Just sad that we only stayed for 1 night. Breakfast buffet was one of the best ones I have ever seen. Pool is great as well and the bar on the top has amazing view.

The only thing that comes to my mind is umbrellas in pool area. There was none there and it was very hot to sit during the day. Also we were the first ones to go to the pool so I saw some dirty foam in the corners of a pool. Anyway, we had a great stay. Would definately stay there again.

Fabulous hotel. This new Hotel totally exceeded my expectations. From the lovely welcome on arrival. The huge room was outstanding, great views down the sea front. Everything you needed in the room with some lovely touches like fresh fruit. Massive, mega comfortable bed. The staff are exceptional. Everyone. The breakfast was excellent, wide choice of hot and cold foods. The pool, omg the huge pool is amazing on the roof top. The location is central for everything. All you need withinn 10mins wander. If I go back to Nha Trang I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Magnificent!
