Decoration and furniture out-dated. Towels at the beach very old and a big hassle to take them for a walk along the beach. Should take a passport or some money to refund to avoid the discussion with the guys at the beach - they were not friendly or helpful at all. Finally dd not let us take the towels.

A bit slow action due to electricity shut off during my stay. I have to climb up by staircase 24 floors twice.

We enjoyed our holidays with good support from Ma Ngan Tuyen, sales dept. She is professional and super friendly in communication and helping us during our stay. Thank you Ms Ngan Tuyen and staffs who supported us.

Very closed to city centre and good condition of bed and breakfast.

The swimming pool was not satisfying with bad water quality and not good of room toilet.

It’s big hotel, it will be packed by Vietnamese tourists at weekend. Be aware of that, and all will be fine.

Thank you, Mrs Giang, for the concierge I can't speak English or Vietnamese It was difficult to find a limousine transportation from Nha Trang to Dalat and make a reservation, but there was no problem at all because Mr. Giang took care of his work together. Giang, be happy.
