During our recent stay at the Venue Hotel in Nha Trang, we had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff, particularly the receptionist Ms *Theo* we interacted with at the lobby. She possesses a unique combination of a strong, serious personality and a sweet, helpful nature that left a lasting impression on us. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable truly set this hotel apart. Despite her focused demeanor, she was approachable and attentive to every question we had. She quickly understood our needs and went above and beyond to assist us. Whether it was recommending the best local restaurants, providing directions, or helping us with practical matters like money exchange, her guidance was always spot-on and greatly appreciated. One of the standout moments was when she helped us discover some hidden gems for dining in Nha Trang. Thanks to her advice, we enjoyed meals that were both affordable and unforgettable. The Venue Hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with clean rooms and a great location close to the beach and many attractions. We will definitely be returning to Venue Hotel on our next visit to Nha Trang and will be recommending it to our friends and family as well!

There are many different places that you can stay in Nha Trang. The venue is a great location just one street back from the beach. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac and as a result is very quiet. The rooms are exactly as described and feature a fridge kettle, simple toiletries, and Power Points next to the bed. The pool was clean and refreshing. Take the lift to the 17th floor and turn right to find the stairs up to the 19th floor where the pool is located. The breakfast buffet was all very tasty and had a decent range particularly if you like sweet cakes and toast, they also had three or four different salads. In the small street where the hotel is located there is a number of restaurants tourist Booking offices and places to have your clothes cleaned. I chose the laundry across the street and they were very professional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was definitely clean and hygienic. If you take the bus from the airport (65,000dong), the bus stop that you need to get off at is at Galina hotel. From there you will walk in the direction. The bus is travelling and take the first right about 2/3 of the way down the street is the small cul-de-sac on the right side. Walk all the way to the end and you will see the stairs heading up to the reception.

The thing I didn’t like was that there was no milk or creamer to add to my tea.

The rooms are large and with good views over the town or waterfront. They had working tv, aircon, fridge and normal hotel comforts. The bathroom is a good size with a large window into the bedroom (with a blind you can close if with someone you dont want to shower in front of). The pool was nice on the roof but lack of shade made it unbearable in the heat of the day. Breakfast was mostly local food or for the Russian guests they have

Lack of options at breakfast other than eggs, and the fruit and other items were often empty. Its a long tall building down a long alley way so as a solo female it can feel dark and unnerving.

across the street from the beach, Trăm Houng Tower, and Square. comfortable and really affordable room. many restaurants and convenient stores . laundry services across the alley way. also a couple of very good massage spas. so affordable and a welcome relief to get a foot massage after a day of walking around the city all day. had a really amazing a 60 minute full body massage for 180k! This property is down a street that cars can’t go down so it’s great and it’s only a minute walk. There are shops and food places very close by. The room is a great size and it is clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

We smelt a burning smell in the room on one of the nights we were there and they moved us to another room no problem. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The location was super close to the beach but down an alleyway away from the busyness of Nha Trang. Lots of local food places and coffee places for a quick bite in the alleyway also. Plus the sea view from the room was beautiful. Our room was big enough for what we needed it for and it was quiet at night and the air con was quiet too The pool was nice when you couldn't be bothered going to the beach. The bed was super comfortable and we slept soooo well.

The cleaning of the room- not once over the entire stay (13 nights) was our shower or bath cleaned. The toilet was maybe cleaned once or twice. Sometimes no toilet paper was given and after one "clean" a large ball of dark hair was left on our bathroom floor (which was not ours as we are both blonde). If cleanliness is important to you, just bear in mind it may not meet your standards, but we sort of think for a 2 star price you can't get 5 star everything Breakfast wasn't for us, we had Banh Mi at end of alleyway or croissants from Moonmilk bakery.

(+) Excellent location is a major plus point of the hotel, you only need 4-5 minutes to walk to the central square. Besides, there are dozens of restaurants, convenience stores, laundry services, spa & massage... right in front of the hotel's main entrance. (+) Despite not being a hotel belonging to renowned hotel chains or management companies, the hotel staff (receptionists, housekeeping staff, breakfast servers & security guard cum technician) all provide good and professional support. (+) Breakfast is served well in a formal way and quite delicious on the high floor, allowing you to enjoy breakfast while admiring the sea view. (+) The room, although not too spacious, still meets all basic amenities. (+) The small and lovely rooftop pool is also a commendable plus point.

(-) The air conditioning and hot water system in the room need improvement. (-) The corridors are quite narrow and the doors are not soundproof, leading to noise from the housekeeping staff's collisions, making you feel somewhat uncomfortable.

A nice comfortable hotel, 1 Street off the beach, but you can still have sea views. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good bathroom, with good fixtures, very good hot water, and water pressure. Very good elevators. TV was easy to operate. WiFi could be patchie from time to time. Lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants close by. Very central to major shops in Na Trang. Not a big pool, but it's a great place to chill after going out and exploring on a hot day. Our room was quite during the night, only a little noise from guests coming and going to their own rooms. Would stay here again.

Cleaners, although they did a great job, would ring our doorbell anywhere from 8.30 am to try and clean the room. I'm a night person and love my sleepin....

The hotel is located close to the beach - just 5 minutes walk . The rooms were cleaned everyday with bed clothes and towels change . The room is pretty big with good AC , fridge . The hotel provide with beach towels . The breakfast was pretty good . The stuff was friendly . On the street where the hotel is you can find few restaurants and massage salons, shops , excursions. Really recommend the hotel and and it’s good to ask for the rooms on the upper floors to avoid external sounds from the street.

Hotel was perfectly located. Surrounded by ample shops, restaurants (you must try ‘Greek Kitchen’ restaurant it was amaaaaaazing) and the beach all within a 10 minute walk. The hotel breakfast was average and was very limited for vegetarian options but it was always being topped up and food made fresh. The hotel room was a great size and our room faced the sea which was lovely to wake up with the morning sun. The highlight of our room was how incredibly comfy the bed was, albeit 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, so spent a lot of time having to push them back together, otherwise we had regular housekeeping, shower was always hot and had great pressure and we had everything we needed in the room. Big shoutout to reception and breakfast staff who always greeted us with a smile.

- mould in aircon unit - The pool area only had 3 loungers so we had to get up very early each day to try and grab 2 but only managed to do this once in 4 days.
