Bed was comfortable, shower was good temperature and pressure. Location is very good.

It's not like the pictures. My room was fine but not big enough for 2 even though it was a "double". I asked about the remote control for the a/c on day 3 because I hadn't seen it, the cleaners came in my room and moved the bed, and it was under there, in the middle-ish. Previous guest must have knocked it down, I think though it should have been found before I checked in. I asked about excursions at reception but receptionist just gave me a leaflet and told me to enquire in town. The pool/ spa is deserted on the 7th floor so I wouldn't have felt comfortable going for a swim.

Good location and beach view. The bed was clean and comfortable and the balcony was nice. Shower also was good. Staff were relatively friendly.

There was a constant smell of urine coming from the bathroom and the toilet looked like the bowl hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was also sold as a double/king bed but it was 2 beds pushed together which was a little annoying.

Good hotel and staff, but there were some problems, as I will describe below. The hotel is very conveniently located. It stands in a small, quiet dead-end street with almost no traffic. At the same time, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the sea, and some rooms have a sea view. Another advantage is that in less than a one-minute walk you can find several cafes with good food, shops, laundries, and spa and massage salons. Also, this place is almost in the center of the European Quarter, five minutes from the Night Market and Lotus Tower. The hotel itself is not large but quite comfortable. The room met our expectations and looked like the photos. It was clean, with good beds and bedding. Cleaning and changing towels and sheets happened regularly. The quality was not perfect but still good. Every day we found a couple of bottles of drinking water, and other supplies were refreshed. The soundproofing was quite good—noise from other rooms did not bother us much, and street noise was not a problem either. For a city hotel, our room was rather quiet. The air conditioner was good, an inverter type—effective and silent. Our room had two balconies. On one, the outdoor AC unit helped dry our swimsuits with its warm air. On the other balcony, we spent time enjoying the sea, the promenade, and the beach, and sometimes watched concerts held in the square by Lotus Tower. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which was very nice! I visited the pool on the 7th floor a couple of times. It is small, but you can splash around. It was pleasant to refresh myself there after sleeping. Overall impressions of the hotel are positive. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will very likely try to stay at the same hotel. As for downsides—when we arrived there was a mix-up with our reservation. The hotel had lost our booking and was not expecting us. The room we had booked was not available. But the staff handled the situation well. They gave us another room for the first three days (a bit worse, but it was a room), and then they moved us to our reserved room. They also apologized and gave us a discount on the stay. I think the problem was solved well and I have no complaints.

The location was excellent just around the block from the beach, and the night market. Food and massage/nails in the same alley as hotel. Good bed and air conditioning. Was a very cheap hotel so got what we paid for. Well worth the money.

Bathroom was a bit whiffy, but bearable.

Brilliant location. You can be on the beach in 4 minutes. Lots of places around the busy streets near the hotel. The hotel is down a quiet alley with other hotels as well as massage places, snack and drink stalls, restaurants, and two laundry services. The place was clean and there is daily housekeeping with a top-up of water and coffee. My room had a balcony which was nice, but it was really only for drying rather than chilling. The shower was good with almost-instant hot water. The bed was comfortably and so were the sheets. There is a safe and a small fridge in the room which was ideal for keeping my drinks cold. I had no problems with WiFi, I even had a video call without any issues. Overall it's really good for a beach holiday. Air-conditioning wasn't the strongest, but there was a nice powerful fan in the room. The TV didn't work properly. I pointed this out when I arrived, but it never got fixed.

We had a family room with two beds on the 9th floor with a small balcony which had a great view. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. There is a laneway in front of the hotel which is a dead end, so pretty quiet really, plus there are restaurants, massage places, laundry places & shops right there. Air conditioning worked well & good to have a small fridge in your room. The staff were all friendly especially the young girl during the day, always smiling & helpful and she spoke good English. Great value for money.

No breakfast even though it’s advertised (they gave us a 10% discount when I queried this). The beds are firm, not an issue for us. The rooms could definitely use a freshen up & a deep clean. Unfortunately you have to remove your entry key tag from the power when you leave the room. Still good value for what it is & the location.

Staff was really good. Since I was checking out really early in the morning, they offered to give me a breakfast box. The lady in the reception woke up at 4 am to do that for me, however I left 10 mins before, so she apologised to me by a message, which was very kind.

The location says it's waterfront, which it really isn't.

The room was clean and had no specific scents. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. The kitchen team even adjusted their menu to accommodate my lactose-intolerant vegetarian diet. The food was simple but delicious and satisfying. The receptionist and staff went above and beyond, assisting me with my SIM card, food delivery, and recommendations for vegetarian cafés. They patiently answered all my countless questions, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was great for the price you pay for a 3-star hotel. Don't expect anything luxurious.

Rooms were nice and roomy. The colour themes were fun and the bed was comfortable. Hot water didn’t run out in shower. Close to the beach and near lots of restaurants.

Apartment had a kitchen, but no cutlery, plates, bowls cups etc so it’s pretty much 100% unusable unless you bring your own ammenities. Would be great if that added at least a small bowl and a fork so it’s possible to eat some food there. Apartments are located outside of the main building, which is fine, but anyone can enter this building and use the elevator to go around the floors as there’s no key needed to use the elevator. Also no reception staff in the apartment part.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to Nha Trang beach, the night market, and several tourist attractions. The alley where the hotel is located has many spas and reflexology centers. There's also a halal Turkish kebab shop nearby, about 500 meters from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in didn't have an ocean view because it was blocked by other buildings, but you can see the sea from the pool area. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, especially Miss Anh. The restaurant auntie was also very kind. She gave us extra watermelon slices when she noticed we didn’t take breakfast since the food served wasn't halal for Muslims.

The breakfast menu here can be a bit challenging for Muslim travelers as the dishes served are not halal. However, we managed to fill up on bread, boiled eggs, and fruits.
