Everything about our stay at Dubai was absolutely perfect. The room was huge and clean and they even upgraded us to a sea view room for free The WiFi was working perfectly and we also had a fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend a stay here

You pay for what you get & for £7 a night for a double twin it's a bargain. Twin double beds, walk in shower, air con, housekeeping every day, towels changed every day, bed linen regularly, kettle, room safe, flat screen tv (no digital tv) Front of house staff were helpful & pleasant, laundry for 25k kilo, 200 m to the beaches, shops/restaurants/bars in easy walking distance. Early (6am) check in for 140k. The place could do with a freshen up but at the price was a steal. Spent 6 nights here & was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend 👌

We came very early on a night bus to Nha Trang. Moon helped us get a slightly early check in as we were exhausted and also gave us a free room upgrade. The location is absolutely perfect right in the middle of the beach strip. 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of amazing food places around the corner, room was comfortable, also have a laundry service available which we used and it was very fast.

First of all: this review is for the room with sea view. 10 stars. I had initially booked a different room (one with a view of the courtyard). That room was terrible. It smelled strongly of damp and cigarettes. The window could not be closed and so there were lots of flies, small moths and mosquitoes in the room. I also saw a beetle. The bathroom was also not ok and smelled of damp. I complained to reception that I wouldn't accept it. I got very loud and complained to the employee. That was not okay and I apologised later. And I'll do it again here. If something is not ok, you can say so. But don't be disrespectful. That was wrong. The employee reacted very nicely and gave me a much better room (with a sea view). She was very friendly, nice and polite. Even though I behaved like an a**hole. The employee was very professional. She also helped me with my onward journey as there was confusion with the bus company. So 10 stars for the professional work of the employee. The new room was fantastic. Very large, no animals, you could close the windows and it smelled like it had just been renovated. The bed was comfortable and very large. It was cleaned every day, fresh towels. For the room 10 stars. One request to the hotel: please repair the defects in the "bad" room. That is your job. To the other guests: do not smoke in the rooms. What's wrong with you? They are non-smoking rooms. You are so selfish. I'm a smoker too, but I would never smoke in the room. It's not fair to the next guests. And only causes trouble for the hotel.

Location: Just a 3 to 5-minute walk to the shore, where I wanted to spend most of my time. My intention: As long as I can sleep soundly at night, I'm satisfied — so the price is very reasonable for what I got including Comfort and Cleanliness. Despite the malfunctioning smart lock and the noise from the AC outdoor unit, the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Her management skills and timely approach to problem-solving were satisfactory.

The door locks includes malfunctioning smart lock and safety lock. It could be better if you could check and repair asap.

We really didn’t want to leave Dubai Hotel. They were fully booked though! But we really enjoyed our stay, the room was amazing. The view was incredible. Such a great location, everything you need right at your fingertips! Massages, beach, food, smoothies. The lovely ladies cleaned our room everyday, it always felt so clean. The staff were all lovely and very helpful when we extended our stay. We will miss you Dubai Hotel! Until next time.

Nothing not to like!

Very nice staff, receptionist and cleaning team. I had a problem with the airline changing my flight time , I told the receptionist and she telephoned Vietnam airlines and sorted it out for me , great service . The cleaners were lovely and friendly, bottles of fresh water and clean towels every day . We extended our booking as we enjoyed the location ,ended up staying 15 nights.

Location so good! Hotel staff perfect! The best thanks to Nguyet, Hien, Phong! They alway so helpfull! Room clean every day! Free wather in bottle every day! I even cancel other hotel booking and plan to stay 1 month in DUBAI HOTEL! Price so good... Next time I will back again! I love reception staffs here....

I got the room for a really good price. The location was fantastic. It’s near the beach. A close 5 mins walk and you’re by the beach. It’s also very central. Easy to get around. For the price, it’s really worth it. The room was clean and nice too!!

There’s no facilities available really. It’s just a small lobby then the rooms. I have no complains though.

Nice view of the sea. Great location, easy to walk to everywhere you need in town - supermarket, food, spa, beach, and more. Room's being clean daily ( garbage and towels changed daily as well ) Room was comfortable and with lots of space too + for the price, can't beat it

The bathroom could use some upgrades. There's some wear and tear that makes it look not cleaned
