The room was comfortable, beautiful and modern (looked exactly like the photos on booking). The view from the 28th floor was gorgeous. The bathroom was spacious and had a glass wall. It was wonderful to shower in the evening with the view of the city (you can pull down a shade over the glass for privacy when you need it). Housekeeping came every day and the staff spoke English. You can automatically set temperature in the room which is great so it doesn’t get too cold! I would recommend it.

The building is very big and there are not enough elevators. Around check out and check in time is really hard to get an elevator. You need to pay extra every time you visit the infinity pool. It’s a bit inconvenient but it’s definitely worth the experience!

As for the location, the surrounding accessibility and staff service were quite satisfactory. It was clean every day and the friendly response of the staff was good.

I made a reservation with the option to use the infinity pool in the description of the accommodation on Booking.com. However, the accommodation side was embarrassed by the information about the use of the infinity pool on the 40th floor and that a separate fee was applied, so I think it is necessary to explain this in detail. And a small complaint about the accommodation was the inconvenience of waiting for a long time because there were many restrictions on buildings A/B and floors when using the elevator.

the check in procedure was pretty quick and straightforward

there was some issue regarding housekeeping during my stay. my room wasn't cleaned on my second day staying there, eventhough i had put the (please clean button) before i went out for sightseeing the city. so around 4pm in the afternoon i came back to my room and was annoyed when i found out the room was left uncleaned. so i went back to the receptionist to ask this problem. and they said that i booked the apartment style room so i have to request housekeeping before leaving. if thats the case they should have told me in the beginning when i check in the hotel.

Best sunrise view I've had. Woken up by the beautiful sunrise. Best stay! Recommending to friends who are planning to stay in Nha Trang. It's at the city center. Atms, night market, Nha Trang beach, all you need. If you're bothered by the bathroom's glasswall just like I did, don't worry, it got covers!

The location is really great, you get views of the ocean and Vinpearl island directly in front. Night market is directly below from the apartment - really great!

Was super loud at nighttime - people karaoking early in the morning at 4-6am. And at nighttime, if there is events at the Sky Bar then it gets pretty noisy.

Location is good, easy access. Breakfast has lots of variety and delicious. Bread is great as well as coffee.

Lobby is a bit small, rather like a shopping mall reception instead of hotel。

I loved the view from the balcony. Nice swimming pool on the 40th floor. The breakfast was good.

There were no plates, there was only one big pot, one fork,, one spoon and one soup bowl.

Everything was amazing - central location with different dinner options and a large supermarket around, friendly and helpful staff, luxurious atmosphere and service, beautiful room with great amenities, gorgeous view from the balcony, seamless and fast internet connection, nice kitchen and splendid bathroom. Thank you very much, I would stay again without a doubt!

Great location and a spacious clean comfortable modern room with a spectacular view and largebalcony. Far better than I expected. A rare time when the room is better than the photos.
