Very good location and price. Highly recommended for single and family travellers. Next to city beach and the night market. Food eateries, coffee shops, restos and amenities are within a stone-drop distance.

If staying with family, ask for floors from 15 till 30, as above floors are close to top roof disco on 38-39 floors, which can be a bit audible, though sound insulation in the rooms is very good.

apartment is in hotel and hotel staff were rude. Lady that checked us in from booking.com was lovely though. Just the hotel staff are rude as it’s separate which is shocking for a 5* hotel. pool on 6th floor tiny with no sun pool on roof is charged at £4 a day and they wouldn’t let us look at it without paying as we wanted to see if it was cold at the top or too windy to swim before we paid. They won’t let you in the lift up to the top without paying. spa currently closed

This stay is so worth it for its price! The building and room is almost equivalent to a 5-star hotel. Amazing views. Half of the Panorama building is a luxury hotel while the other half is apartments. Rooms are almost the same! There’s many “landlords” renting out their apartments here so the check-in process is a little confusing. You can’t check-in at the counter. They’ll lead you to someone else sitting nearby that’s managing your apartment. They collect a deposit of 200k dong then hands you the keycard. If you’re driving a scooter/ bike, parking fees are applicable. It’s only free if you are a hotel guest. The fees are 5k one-time entry or 25k overnight entry.

Good location. We got free upgraded for one night earlier to room with bathtub. Balcony with city view. Service (midman) are friendly and fast-respond. Can pay cash or card (with 2% fee).

Cleaning was okey. We didn’t get sachets of coffee renewed. TV can’t use youtube. Towel is renewed but seem not high quality. Already noted but it would be better if we wouldn’t have paid for the parking (overnight 25k vnd). Cooking gadgets are abit old.

The elevators were literally bad. It seems like there were insufficient elevators for the number of people there suggest to take lower levels unit if possible to avoid wasting time waiting and being in a poor functioning lift

Amazing, centrally located and probably the most upmarket and best accomodations in nha trang. - fast internet - close to shopping and night markets - local and international food - laundry close by - housekeeping done daily - gym - pool on 4th floor - club on roof with a pool overlooking the city - rooms have usb plugs so easy to charge devices - across the street from the beach (literally)

Only annoying thing is is it gets so busy that you might have to wait 5-10mins for an elevator lift up and down. I was on the 28th floor so just a bit annoying even though there a 9 lifts the place gets really really busy so you sometimes have to wait a while for the lift.

Perfect central location in the middle of Nha Trang overlooking the beach, room was very clean with cleaners coming in daily. Staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Rooftop pool bar and food were awesome.

No cups, plates, cutlery so although it was “self catering you were limited as you couldn’t cook. It did have a hob and a wok, one plate and one set of chopsticks, and a kettle and fridge. We brought some mugs to have a proper cuppa ! I didn’t intend to cook but I understood the option was there but it wasn’t . A freezer section would’ve been good for ice too !

I stayed at the Panorama Hotel for a month, and overall, it was a great experience. The photos matched reality, with stunning rooms and views, and the pool was always clean. The staff was friendly and polite.

sometimes the cleaning wasn’t thorough, and they rarely changed the linens. Additionally, there’s a paid pool and club on the 40th floor, which made it quite noisy at night due to the music, even though my room was on the 30th floor.

close to city centre, lots of restaurants and SPA place nearby, close to the beach

i didn't know it's a building which has different owners for the rooms in different floor. So it's a bit difficult to communicate at first when checking in, didn't know where to go
