The room was very clean, exactly like the pictures! Lots of room in both, the bed-and bathroom! Armchairs and desk also provided space for unpacking, which was nice for a change.

The „do not disturb“ sign is powered by electricity (it’s a switch in the room, rather than a paper sign), when you leave the room and remove the room card, the electricity goes off and the sign doesn’t work anymore, so room service goes in even if you don’t want them to.

The hotel is on a somewhat quiet street and a good locations for many things, going to the beach, shopping, etc. We had booked a room for 5 night but our flight was canceled so only stayed 4 nights. The hotel was accommodating and we didn’t get charged for that night. (We had notified them earlier of a no show). Our first night we were given a small, smelly room with no window, nothing like we had booked. We were told there were no other rooms available. Not true the place was almost empty. The next day we were moved into a better room at my husband’s insistence. The breakfast had an ok selection of food, vegetables, salads, and a congee. All serve red cold. When we asked why the food was cold the manager acted surprised but nothing changed. We asked for just rice and I was given rice that was several days old and so hard I couldn’t eat it. In this tropical county the only fruit they had was sliced watermelon each morning. We went out and crossed the road and bought papaya, breadfruit, bananas and mangoes. Why just melons? The staff were kind, the room was clean, and everything worked. 10 years ago this might have been a 4-5 star hotel, but not today.

We’ve been staying in the hotel for 2 weeks in 2 superior double rooms (if I’m not mistaken). Rooms were good, clean, with big windows and a windows to the bathroom. View - on the street and other hotels. Cleaning was everyday. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30, not to many things to choose, but it was okay. Thank you so much - we lived staying at your hotel!

You’re not allowed to stay in the breakfast area after 9:30. Sometimes housekeepers woke me up in the morning with knocking on the door, when I forgot to push “do not disturb button” (but it’s not such a big problem)

The hotel is located right in a wide alley in the city center, so if you come by walk, or by bike or by car, you'll get to the hotel entrance easily. Surrounding area is full of shops, restaurants and stores, so it's very convenient to stay here as a tourist. The beach is only 5 mins walking distance. They have a pretty small pool and a few treadmills on the rooftop so it's a good place to chill with your friends, but you need to bring your own drinks. It's not a rooftop bar so they don't sell stuff up there. Staff is friendly and every place is clean. The breakfast is fine since this 's not a 4-5 star hotel breakfast.

Not really much actually. They allow late check out but on my last day, I wanted to check out late and it was impossible due to a large number of guests is coming on that day, so I needed to get out before 12PM sharp. This rarely happens, maybe just my bad luck. Very limited parking spaces for cars.

The room was really clean, comfortable bed, good size tv, kettle, toiletries complimentary.

The facilities were a bit strange, I’m not sure if it’s because it’s become more of a long stay place for people rather than hotel guests or because it’s low season, but the bar/cafe by the pool did not have staff, the restaurant was empty with the lights off, and the spa didn’t seem to exist.. The breakfast was also subpar, there were fruit flies flying around and on the food, and it was not continental or very vegetarian friendly due to the fresh food being covered in flies.

We liked the hotel. We stayed here for a week. Very comfortable bed, clean linen, free water every day. Towels and bed linen are changed every two days. The staff is very friendly. We were helped to resolve a not very simple situation. The location of the hotel is excellent, to all the cool places, restaurants, shops nearby. Excellent value.

The hotelroom was very spacious and very nice. Bathroom was clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool was also good and has a pretty view of the mountains. The hotel is in an quiet alley in the middel of town. It was nice to escape the craziness of the city after a night out and fully relax at BN Boutique.

Modern recently built hotel with rooftop pool. My room had a good work desk. I think, it's a great idea to have a smoking sensor and the fire sprinkle is right above your bed, ie if it sense that you smoking, that's where the flooding starts😉

The gym isn't really useful, no free weights, only running machines, which are not useful if you have a lovely beach promenade to run 5 min away.

staff were great we were able to get the room we had booked staff were really helpful. the room was lovely with a nice view and bathroom was nice

the laundry was a bit expensive 70,000vnd per kilo compared to other places and there was no shower curtain so the water went everywhere
