Very clean room with daily housekeeping at a perfect location in the center, a few minutes from the beach, the night market, and everything else you might look for. The bathroom is very spacious, with a big separate shower with good pressure. All the facilities in the room were modern and good. The huge bed was made up of two king mattresses, one was very comfortable while the other was average. Wifi was strong and solid. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the housekeepers to the night time security guard. The value for money was really great during my stay, for a very low cost compared to everything else around.

The room doesn't have a window to the outside, only a window to an inner space in the building, so no view or natural light in the room was the only disadvantage. However, this also helps keep the room super quiet, even with its very central location.

Great location, ten minutes walk to the beach, plenty of dining and drinking opportunities nearby ( although you'll have to look down some narrow alleyways to find some of the bars). Big comfortable room and bed, powerful shower. Ladies on reception during daytime really nice, but don't speak much English; we got by using Google translate and smiles 😊 Chamber maid was a lovely lady 😊.

My room was on floor 2, at the back of the building so not much noise, but the window just looked onto the next building across a three foot gap and didn't let in much natural light.. There's a spa/ massage business operating in the foyer so it's a bit strange walking through that to go to the rooms.

Nicest hotel I’ve stayed in so far, well looked after and I didn’t want to leave. Facilities were great. I arrived very early hours before check in and one of the receptionist ladies kindly let me sleep on one of the spa chairs for a couple of hours until they had to open the spa for the public. A lovely gesture and much appreciated as I was very tired and out of sorts.

I feel like the drinks and snacks shouldn’t be put into the room unless they’re free with the stay, just a personal preference. I had to remain in the lobby once I checked out whilst a member of staff went to look to see what I had whilst staying in the room. They then called the front desk to let them know how much to charge me.

The location was very central. The hotel has character and unique decors compared to the high rises in the city. The bed was HUGE and the bathroom was the best i had in 4 months travelling (shower separate from the toilet....)

There was a discrepancy with the facilities listed in Booking.com. The hotel was advertised as having a terrace. On arrival i was told this was only available for the family room. Thr room i booked also was described as having garden view. The window was tucked in the corner and barely opened so i am not really sure what it looked out to. Quite a disappointment as terrace and window with a view were sone of the features that attracted me to this place. But overall the rest of the facilities made up for the shortfall.

I've been to multiple hotels with this price class, but this was one of the few that was actually very clean and cheap. Because a lot of time, cheap means dirty room. So keep up this good cleaning and I liked the style of the room!

We've been travelling for a while now and Heritage Boutique Sierra Legend is one of the best places we've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower is separated, so the toilet floor doesn't get all wet like most places in Vietnam. The room was cleaned every day during our stay, including daily refill of water. Staff is super friendly and even moved our motorbike inside to keep it safe. We had some great night's sleep in the comfortable beds. The location is great, near the beach and not too noisy at night. And last but not least very affordable, so great value for your money. Definitely recommended!!

The wifi wasn't the best, but definitely not bad.

The host is simply an amazing person, very good vibes and always ready to help. The hotel is in a very good location, close to restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. The room is big and bright, with plenty of light and everything works, like air condition, fridge, showers, also have electric socket near the beds and the room is clean. Every day the room is made up and they give you fresh towels too. There is always somebody at reception ready to assist.

Aircon was not cold at all until I did a simple servicing, clearing the filter which was heavily filled with dust and dirt. Water in the shower room was very small, hard to shower. Floor was sandy when we check in. Sink was dirty with stain and base of the kettle covered with stain too. Despite having a kitchen, no detergent, no drinking cup, no cooking pot and cutlery. Although we managed to get from the management after request, but I think all this should be there to begin with. If not what is the point spending extra money to book a room with kitchen.

Excellent value for money. Near the beach, the market and convenience stores. The room was clean, the bathroom was new and the AC worked perfectly well.

The hotel next door did a lot of construction work the first few days which was difficult. This wasn't this hotel's fault but it can make your stay complicated if such things occur when you're there.
