Everything from location, staff, facilities, etc. The hotel is in the city centre and everything is available in 2 minutes distance. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The place is extremely busy from early morning till late afternoon.

Interiors needs an upgrade for sure. Water pressure issue in some rooms. 4 rooms were booked under one name, almost 2 months ago. However, we were allotted rooms on different floors, 14, 16, 23, 36. This was absolutely unbelievable, as our group got completely separated and there was no way to access each other's rooms due to lift usage rules. One has to go down to the reception and request the staff for room floor access.

Communication with host was quick, easy, and very professional. The view from the spacious balcony is superb. Location is central, next to shops and seafood restaurants; the beach is 50 metres walk away.

There are a few insects in the kitchen and the bathroom.

Very comfortable room with amazing beach views. Great location, close to the beach. Really good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Check in is a little more difficult than at a standard hotel, but it didn’t cause any real issues.

Location is excellent, in the middle of everything. The room is very clean and well equipped. The host was professional and very helpful.

The location was perfect. The view from 28th floor was fantastic. The beach right 2 minutes away by walk was clean and warm. The property management were hospitable and they were trying their best to meet their guests needs.

There were a number of positives to the property. First, they allowed us to check in early. That was nice. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and good water pressure. Also, the property was located in a very central location in Nha Trang, so great location. Lovely view of the beach from one of our family's rooms and wonderful view of the city and mountains from our other room. Note that Wise Panorama is not a hotel. It is a company that owns a number of apartments in the Condotel building. And they share the building with residents and an actual hotel. It was a bit confusing at first and we didn't know who to get service from. So it is good to know that from the start. There is no physical reception area for Wise Panorama. Instead, you need to call their customer service phone number to get service. The reception area for the other hotel did help out, so you can ask for help there.

Three main negatives. (1) No TV. Seriously, there was no cable TV. There was some system called My TV (see Photo) that you had to sign up to get an account and we just couldn't be bothered as we were only staying 2 nights. When we called customer service, they said the TVs were internet enabled, but the only thing that was set up was YouTube. Not even Netflix or any web browser was set up. In order to set any of that up, you needed to sign into your personal Google Account and download the apps. The TV remote was also broken and we couldn't turn it off, but since we didn't need to use the TV we just unplugged it. (2) We had booked two rooms and the Wise Panorama folks put us on two different floors. Ok, not really a big deal, right?BUT, they didn't give us enough room keys, which also operate the elevators. Without the room key, you cannot use the elevator and you need to insert the key card to get power. One of the rooms they only gave us one key even though we had two people in the room. When we asked for an extra key card they said we could not get one and just to ask the reception desk to let us go up to our room. We did this, but it was quite inconvenient when there are other people at the reception desk and you have to stand there waiting to go to your room. Visiting the rest of our party was also difficult. We needed to share the keys to go to the different floors as you couldn't access the floors without a room key from that level. Overall, a terrible inconvenience. (3) Weird motion sensor lighting in the room (see photo). They had lighting that would just turn on and off with any motion. The motion sensor was quite strong and could sense movement from across the room on the bed. The light kept turning on and off at night when we would roll over. Quite funny actually.

Dirty Room, ants on the bed, smell of insecticide. Would not want to refund room,compensate. Gave a downgrade from a deluxe to a regular room. Gave all the excuse to not refund. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
