Large rooms, clean, central location across from the beach.

The beach across the road was a rip off if you want to hire a sun lounger- put us off going to the beach.

Breakfast is a vast choice that includes local and international cuisine.

Sometimes the front lobby and lifts can become busy as there as so many people staying in a large hotel. Gym is too small for the amount of people, and Pilates studio that is seldom used takes up a lot of gym area.

The ocean sunrise view was superb

The table many ants and sometimes the bed also got ants and some flying insects

Breakfast was great. Room had a beautiful view.

Check in took us 35 minutes to speak to somebody. It smelled a little like urine in the bathroom when we arrived. There was very loud guests in the other rooms

Perfect location, the ocean view room had a good size with a big balcony. Room cleaned & new towels every day.

It's apartment with the kitchen, but the fridge was small, like a hotel fridge. Also we provided only 1 swipe card key, which was challenging as there's two of us, so we have to leave and comeback at the same time. We had a room with a spa bath, but couldn't use as there's no drain cover/blocker. We asked to provide, but we haven't received it. We stayed there 12 days.

The hotel was great, the room looked a little aged, like the curtain rail was a bit loose and it needed a bit of work but it was very comfortable. the staff here were great and there’s a coffee shop on the ground floor and a supermarket opposite. it’s as close to the beach as you could want, with stunning views onto the ocean. The gym was also great.

The pool could have been better as it was always in the shade and didn’t seem to get any direct sunlight. Unfortunately for the entirety of our stay there was some kind of festival going on pretty much outside the hotel with incredibly loud electronic music, people singing and bright lights flashing into the windows going on all day and until at least 11pm each night, one day it even started at 6am. I feel like the hotel should have informed us about this as we would definitely have booked somewhere else had we known this as it was literally impossible to sleep until the music had stopped. I’ve been outside nightclubs there were quieter than it was in the room, it was absolutely awful.

Vietnam fantastic from our room 2218 and it Was clean and big nice bed. Internet good and everything was in order. Location very good and nice beach very close

Nothing specific to mention, but our neigbour sometimes play music and we feel the isolation between apartments was not the best. Somtimes we could also hear they speak. It was also 2 double beds which was not what we booked but that was just a good place to put our suitcases.
