The views from the rooms and the amazing infinity pool that wraps around the top floor of the building. Convenient to the city so easy to walk around. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was abundant. We were offered a birthday cake which was a lovely touch.

The time that it took for use the elevators which is out of their control. The hotel has many lifts working overtime to accomodate the number of people. Out on our window ledge were old cigarette butts that had not been cleaned. Window opens really wide and easy for someone to get out (we were on the 36th floor)!!

Location was excellent.

Elevators was a challenge. You always had to wait for a long time and then when it finally arrives it’s jammed packed. Very inconvenient and time consuming. Very stuffy, no air. Also it doesn’t have a sign to let you know weather it’s going up or down. Also the room smelled moldy I think due to the air conditioning.

We got a room upgrade. The view was fantastic. Staff very professional. Breakfast has a nice selection. Location is perfect.

Little bit of confusion on the pool, we only had restricted access to the sky lounge until 4pm, then you have to pay. However there is a free pool for guests on a lower floor. It's also a little bit difficult to get the the 40th floor pool, you need to use a separate lift and ask a member of reception to bring you there. They should maybe gives guests a wristband or a key card with access at certain times to save this hassle

Very spacious & modern hotel with huge, stylish rooms with balconies. Excellent location right in the middle of Nha Trang, with shopping, restaurants & the beach at your finger tips

Sometimes the housekeeping staff were a bit slow.

Location. Room size. Very walkable location.

Elevators need light showing they are there...only because a lot of elevators to try to figure out which one is going to open. Only a trivial issue.

The location is great when it is at the centre of the city, a 2-mins walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet was good, nice and well-organized restaurant.

The hotel lobby on the second floor is quite nice but the common area and entrance on first floor are too loud and a bit crowded.

The location is fantastic, also liked the rooftop pool. Had the buffet breakfast once which had many options.

It’s been mentioned in lots of reviews already, but the lift takes forever which is strange considering there are about 6 of them.

Early morning they are coming to clean rooms. Even of you put no ring, they are knocking to the door.
