Very friendly staff ,I'd like to mention the receptionist Tan who was very helpful and professional . The room was cozy ,the bed a bit hard for me ,but I've slept very well .Good location .

The location is practically “perfect” for budget travelers. Although there is a slight language barrier, the welcoming staff communicates perfectly to assure a pleasant holiday. I could easily tell that the management was not looking for just daily regular guests, but were focusing on obtaining routine guests that would return on the next visits; and that would be the case for me, should the management provide such outstandingly affordable rates. One other factor of importance to me when picking a hotel is that the hotel should be of good size or large in terms of premises like this one. Usually, most all hotels size at this price range are minuscule meaning that there can only be a pond installed instead of a good size swimming pool like this hotel. Overall so far, i would recommend this hotel to close friends. Simply said, regardless of any language barrier in Nha Trang, the hotel staff here will treat you as “valued guest”. I could see many budget hotels in this area but i have chosen the privilege of extending my stay here couple more nights.

I am impressed to see that the management is investing to keep the property intact and modern. This could possibly imply that with such location and management, would they still provide outstanding rates as now? Notwithstanding the fact that there were renovations going on, the management were very conscious centered so as to diminish any or no disturbance to the guests. On my next visit here, i will enjoy the pool a little more. For me, this hotel is very warm and welcoming, so i can’t but only give the aforementioned review. Of course, should anyone be picky and upset, they could find critics for this hotel as applies to most all other hotels.

we couldn't leave the air-conditioning on , so it took a while for room to cool each time we returned from outings or beach

It located exactly in the center of the public beach, and in the middle of Nha Trang, if you plan to go to north or south. Streets are busting, pretty busy. Travel agencies, food shops all are within walking distance (didnt even rent a bike). Spacious room (water, coffee, safe box), all clean, got free upgrade to the room with sea view. Recommend to stay :)

The staff were helpful. In particular Yen on reception could not do enough for us...extremely engaged, efficient caring and proactive. An extraordinary young lady with a fabulously bubbly and infectious personality. A true star. The atmosphere in reception was notably different when she was not around.

Breakfast was poor. Fridge in room did not work.

we stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we had a great time. The hotel is located in the tourist center, so everything is within walking distance. the sea is across the road, the night market is next to the theater and many cafes around the hotel. in the morning you can have a good breakfast at the hotel. the menu is varied and tasty. the rooms are cleaned daily, nothing is stolen, nothing is missing. the rooms are cozy and clean. on the roof there is a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the sea

Sometimes we didn't have hot water in the bathroom

Very good location by the beach. Big lobby with comfy sofas... Our room 501 was very Very spacious. Clean comfy bed. Clean big bathroom and shower. Generally speaking VERY GOOD.

I wish I could tell what I did not like just to manager cuz we really enjoyed our stay here and do not want to leave any bad impression.I hope booking will change the way we critisize the accomodation. Swimming pool was different from the pic we saw and when in Just you could see the surrounding buildings.Very good place to sit and have a drink or coffee with a perfect view of the beach and surroundings. Reception could not comprehend the word " Hair drier " and said " no, sorry " but we found one in the clauset. Breakfast was good just for Chinese cousine and tables could be cleaner for you need your appetite when you sit down to have breakfast.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was good. Very convenient to get every location. Everything find nearby. Very good staff.

(Please read the english version of my previous review. The translated version seems to be extensively different to my intentions.) The hotel location, infrastructure, and personnel is excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Tan (good english), with his ongoing great hospitality. For exemple: my room was equipped with a chiller rather than a refrigerator. I like my beverages ice cold. He when the extra mile to replace the chiller with a refrigerator. Basically said, the management is of upper standards compared to many other hotels in vietnam.

There were some major renovations so next time i visit, i look forward to spending more time in the swimming pool. I have not tried the breakfast here so i will leave that for my next visit.

Great location. Only 1-2min to the beach and many shops/convenience stores on the same block. Staff were accommodating and always had a smile.

I can't really complain for the price but if I had to remark, the hotel is starting to show its age, but that's just aesthetics. The included breakfast was basic, but the price for the hotel easily covers that shortcoming.
