The 2nd time to stay in the Citadines Bayfront in Nha Trang. Really like the place. Great location where there are many good restaurants around in walking distance. Nice parking lot as well.

The AC was set at 25 degrees Celsius by the hotel center control. No way to adjust the temperature in the room if you want to stay cooler. Same thing in the gym.

Fantastic ocean view and spacious well-equipped room with washing machine, full-size fridge, kitchenette with all you need both for having snacks/fruits or hot meal. Breakfast was good while mostly to Asian taste. Anyway, you will never leave hungry though fruits' selection would be better. Gym and pool are good and quiet even after lunch when beach time becomes a survival challenge. Despite limited quantity of hotel's shades/sunbeds, we always had a place to land in the morning. Another top point of the hotel are it's staff - from bellboys through receptionists to restaurant team - all of them were kind, helpful and eager to keep your stay top-notched. We used to stay with Citadines/Somerset chain hotels in Vietnam, China and Georgia and always had a good, trouble-free vacations.

We had 1-bedroom apartments with a door to connected room (which makes it 2-bedroom aps) where drunk party had a place on Friday night. Call to the reception settled it quite well.

Perfect location, very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms (we had an executive king ocean view). The staff were very helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed having the beach umbrellas and loungers at the beach with the hotel

Loud music on occasion to the left of the property which could be heard at night and early morning on some occasions - not the fault of the hotel but maybe should investigate if double glazing is possible. Breakfast could be improved - sometimes ran out of certain items at a certain point in the breakfast slot

Location simply cannot be beaten. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved the beds and pillows, we slept so many long hours peacefully. Breakfast selection was reasonably varied although I wouldn't rate the quality as excellent, there were some good options though. The pool was very pleasant and the gym was very well equipped and had the best vibes overlooking the pool. I was positively impressed with the number of lifts, we never found ourselves waiting forever to get to our room. Excellent addition to have an area with towels, beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach.

Our shower door didn't open smoothly, it was a bit awkward to get in and out of the shower. The main road to get to the beach is very busy and with the local driving style it is almost impossible to cross safely - not the hotels' fault though.

Thw hotel has a great location, just outside the main seaside road. We booked a seaside view room and it was a great choice with a fantastic view of the bay. Very good breakfast and good range of options. The pool and all other facilities were good. Pool could have had better lighting system though. The hotel holds some 24 beds on beach side, and we stayed there for couple of hours. Some queuing to be expected especially late morning. I recommend to reach early to get the right spots.

Overall nothing major to report.

We loved the location, the proximity to great services and beautiful experiences. We loved it so much we are considering moving to the rental part of the hotel for six months or more. The beach is convenient, clean and full of people living their best lives. The traffic was the easiest to navigate from the twenty SE Asian cities we visited. This was our absolute favorite stay.

Not sure why getting enough drinking water was a thing but once we mentioned it, the staff made sure to leave us enough. Maybe we are just part camel....

The staff. Quite simply 5 star. Always cheerful, and looking to help. I have a tremor in my hands, and so every time I went to the restaurant a member of staff would volunteer to collect my food. They would describe local favourites, and offer information about local culinary customs. The pool staff would always stop to chat, and offer advice on local sights and how best to visit them When my credit card was scammed by someone in the UK the duty manager. (Helen) spent 2 days helping me get a replacement. Top class. I cannot praise the hotel, and its staff enough.

The generously sized rooms and bathrooms provided ample space for everyone, and the beachfront location made it an ideal choice for a family retreat.The welcoming lobby and attentive staff made our check-in and check-out experiences smooth and hassle-free. The personal touch they added to our stay, coupled with their helpfulness, truly enhanced the overall atmosphere. Our spacious balcony with a mesmerizing ocean view became a family favorite spot. The real highlight for our family was the second-floor restaurant, where we indulged in delectable lobster and seafood dishes. The great breakfast options catered to diverse tastes, ensuring a pleasant start to each day. Daily housekeeping services kept our family haven immaculate, and the on-site massage salon provided a welcomed retreat for some well-deserved relaxation.

Some of the furniture in our room showed signs of wear and could benefit from renewal.

The location was excellent but the breakfast was quite frustrating, plenty of variety and choice but ordering eggs there was like pulling teeth and it was cooked completely different every day even when we continually asked for the same thing. There is no system for ordering eggs there, you just have to give your order and then hope for the best

The egg service for breakfast really got up my nose. Either we are allowed to order eggs or we are not. I felt like me and my wife had to beg every day and we got different results every day

Excellent location with an amazing view of the entire beachfront promenade from our 16th floor suite. Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage places, and small shops all around, and a big mall just 4-5 minutes walk away. Very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, with full amenities, including washing machine. Very professionally run spa on the 3rd floor. Large breakfast area on the 2nd floor - it was never crowded. Very useful mini-convenience store in the main lobby. In-house travel desk that we used for booking our bus tickets to Da Lat. And the icing on the cake was the thoroughly professional, friendly, competent, and ever-smiling staff - every single person, from the front desk to the restaurant and spa.

A wider selection of standard items at breakfast, e.g., cornflakes/wheatflakes/bran with cold milk, potato roesties, etc. One small thing in the bathroom: There was only liquid soap - no regular soap bars available even on request.
