New building of good quality, nice and large room with "ceiling to floor" windows that give a great view of the city 🙂 I was very pleased with how new and fresh it appeared, as well as the size of the room. It greatly contributes to a good stay. The bed was OK comfortable, but not super. The location was super for being in Nah Trang. On the negative side: The breakfast service could be greatly improved. Much of the hot food is not hot when it gets to 09.00, food is not refilled, coffee cups are not moved, so you have to get down on your knees to find them, they run out of teaspoons, not all crockery is clean, the staff smile no, they make noise with chairs when they clean tables, etc. And the same piano melody on repeat all week - it drives you crazy. Like many other places in Vietnam - English is not so well understood at the reception. Only 4 sunbeds by the pool in a 20 story building is not enough. And they have "toilet paper rationing", you only get 1 roll as if you are going to stay there for 5 days, and have to constantly ask for more toilet paper. But overall: Great location, value for money and a good stay.

The location is great, close to the beach and many restaurants around. Comfortable bed, room has a fridge and a small kettle. There is a nice roof where you can chill with beautiful city views. Breakfast is okay-ish. There is a parking for a motorbike. Overall good price for staying in the very center of Nha Trang.

Cleaning could've been better. Staff in the corridor talks loudly or even shouts very early in the morning, you may be awaken by that (floor 20)

It is a great hotel with perfect location. Reception staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice located in 14th floor, big enough for couple and clean. Bed and pillow are really comfy and soft. Overall, great place for money and ofc free breakfast was another plus. Its a decent breakfast with many variations. Strongly recommended for family, couple or any low mid budget travelers

Soundproofing was not the great one since i could hear the corridor noise a bit, but it doesn’t last long. Its not about this hotel but common thing in vietnam i guess.

This hotel was amazing, we had the deluxe double room and it was so big and spacious. Such modern design and brilliant balcony. We extended an extra four nights here. I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I stay in Nha Trang again. Such a great location, very close to the beachfront and the night market and restaurants. I would live here if I could, best hotel we've stayed in so far on our south east Asia travels. ☺️

We liked the room the shower . the staff the location ain't bad either.poolis small but nice .

Didn't like the breakfast . Not enough western choice okay if you are Asian.If you eat late they run out of some stuff . . We also don't like the dolls house cups get some mugs please. But apart from this a nice hotel.

everything was fantastic. the rooftop pool is underrated! beautiful almost panoramic view of the beach, city and mountains & spacious lounge area. modern & clean rooms with free coffee, fresh towels and beach towels everyday. free breakfast had nice options, good quality. staff were friendly. we stayed 6 nights because we loved it so much.

the shower always flooded and leaked water onto bathroom floor so the mat was always soaking wet and pretty annoying. needs better drainage. but considering everything else was perfect it didn’t bother us much.

firstly they were very helpful as we arrived early morning around 9am and our room wasn’t due to check in until 2pm. they let us use the roof pool and kept our bags and then we checked in at 1030 with no extra cost. secondly the room was big and clean, good basic amenities and a nice shower. the hotel is good location close to beach / promenade and some nice bars and restaurants a short walk away which was lucky is it rained nearly non-stop while we were there.

the breakfast was not fantastic, toast, fruit and Juice was good but the hot food on offer was fish curry, a bit much for breakfast at 7am, but they did have eggs so catered for all. there is renovation work happening in the hotel and the roof too area so be aware of noise and some facilities not working. also the brochure said room service but this wasn’t available.

The location is perfect, close to literally everything, the breakfast was ok, nothing special, the staff are very nice

The location is great. Five minutes walk to the beach. The room was clean and the bed really comfy. The hotel also has got a parking where you can park your bike. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

The pool is quite small. The break was okay, but it can be improved with various local dishes.

Love this hotel!! The pool on the 21st floor had an almost 360 view of city and beach. The room itself was modern and has YouTube video! Internet was fine. Bathroom could’ve had better water drainage. Staff was great!! Location good. Recommended!
