This was a really nice stay, the staff members were nice and kind, the rooms were clean, the service was good. The only reason I am not giving it 10/10 is the view - there is none. But that is how that hotel was built, there is no view from that room type where I stayed. Nicely furnished.

No views from the room. Also, I would recommend removing the threatening sings from the room about how much what costs in case you damage something, I don't think it is appropriate, most people just don't go to those places to cause intentional damage.

The staff was extremely helpful. I originally asked for an early check-in because we were taking an overnight train to get there. We ended up arriving even earlier than expected and went to the hotel mostly to make sure we knew where it was. We mentioned the early check-in, and even though it was 2 hours before the time, they immediately made sure the room was next to be cleaned, and in 10 minutes, we had our room.

The downside is that when they clean the rooms, they use an air freshener. Normally, that's okay, but I have an allergy to most perfumes. I didn't mention that, and the air cleared up faster than I expected, so I was fine. Considering that's what I consider to be the downside tells you how great the place is.

My friend and I loved our stay at Happy Star hotel. Our free upgrade was very generous and highly appreciated. This place was fantastic value, and was incredibly clean and tidy. Our bed was super comfortable and the daily housekeeping was consistent and detailed. It's in a great location and the staff were always super friendly. I would highly recommend Happy Star for your trip to Nha Trang.

You get exactly what‘s on the pictures. It was very clean, the staff organized scooters for us. We were in a nice location very close to the beach without having to get an expensive hotel (about 5min walk). We had a nice time.

The drain in the bathroom was a bit clogged so we had to kick the water in the right direction to make it go down faster. But really it wasn’t bad at all! I would still stay again.

The staff are so helpful, will clean your room every day. Change your towels, when you need. Just a perfect place to stay, I would recommend, Any family, couples, solo... it's a very welcoming place.. Plenty of shops. Restaurants....etc....hot water, ac if you need, the full package hotel...thank you to all staff.🙏

Our stay at Happy Start Hotel in Nha Trang was truly delightful. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. The rooms were clean, a little small and very well maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The rooms are bit compact.

Staff is amazing, helpful. I had upgrade and got the room with a bathtub. Pink nice and good air con and fan. Nice balcony. Water, tea, coffee, kettle, small fridge. Good bedsheets and towels. Generally it’s Quiet and comfy!

shabby dirty walls, air con needs to bee cleaned, not enough hot water to fill the bathroom with water. A small chair was broken.

Exceptionally helpful staff. We need anything just ask them and they're there to help. We have encountered three reception staff here and all providing exceptional service, even when reading speak fluent Vietnamese and managed with the Google translator 😊🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

The rooms could have better windows but for the price this is good. Nothing much to say bag about.

Honestly this might have been the cleanest place I've stayed at in Vietnam. The staff was friendly, great location (30 min walking to the train station). They allowed us to keep our bags after check-out until it was time for our night train.

Good value room for the price. Very small room but we only stayed one night so it was fine. Comfortable beds. Staff helpful when bus arrived into town very early in the morning.

If we had stayed here longer, we would have required a bigger room.
