Very good hotel for the price. It's not quite top luxury but does a good job of emulating it with a robe etc. I did laundry service here and had no issues. Lovely receptionist too. Great location. Worth the money.

The pool area could feel a bit more complete. The room was quite hot and the air-conditioning needed a key card so it took a while to cool down.

The hotel is at great location close to variable cofeeshops and restaurants and spa. 5min walk to the beach. The room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was ok. Very good hotel for the prize.

The hotel is next to seafood restaurant and even in 10th floor you would be hit everyday by the smell from the grill, which is bearable but not pleasant.

LOVED this hotel. The staff were some of the nicest people we’ve met in Vietnam. They were so attentive to our needs and allowed us to keep our belongings while we explored for the day once we’d checked out and shower before our night bus. Nothing was a problem for them, just super lovely people. The hotel is super central to all good cafes etc and the beach is a 15 min walk away. Very clean and great value for money. 100% would stay here again! The pool area is super cute as well.

Location was good, staff was very welcoming and supportive. Bed was comfortable and the shower great!

It’s not that I didn’t like it but it seemed a bit weird that there were probably only 3 guests in total staying and the pool and gym area was deserted - while open the lights were switched off. A but strange but not really a problem.

I checked in at 11:30 and there was no additional charge for early check-in. They said it’s FOC for checkins later than 10. I don’t know if they can keep that up when it is at peak season but the act tells lot. For me that means they are fully onto customer support and providing great value. I also got good support for packing, and got good issue solving for toilet clogged due to my fault.

The staff are such friendly people, they are so attentive and kind without being overbearing! The room was spotless and was cleaned every single day with fresh towels, water etc! So close to the beach. We ended up staying two extra nights. Thank you so much to the staff.

It might have been nice to have a lamp in the room as the main lights were quite bright but that’s the only thing I could possibly think of!

The location was excellent just a short walk to the beach and some good restaurants close by, Staff were helpful & friendly kept clean and tidy great value for the money 👍

The breakfast is terrible very limited choice the bread was state no toaster either really poor and they expect people to pay extra for this so avoid!!! The sauna doesn’t open till 2pm but no real dramas there! Rooms are quite small!!

Lovely pool, very cooling with view of the city. Close to the beach, and you can rent really cool motorcycles for 180.000 VND Staff is really nice, they try to understand you with google translate because they don’t really speak english, Tu spoke good english so we could communicate well with her. The guard was also really nice.

There is a bath but no hot water… Bedroom was too small to open our suitcases We took a breakfast at the hotel thinking it would be easy but the staff doesn’t speak a word of English which made it really complexe to order. We ordered 1 English breakfast (eggs bread and meat) but only got bread and eggs, and 1 yogurt with granola but only got a plain yogurt…
