Green Beach was a wonderful hotel full of helpful and kind staff. We stayed during Tet so staffing was pretty low, but you couldn't tell because everyone who was there was working so hard. Breakfast was good and had a lot of delicious options. And the location can't be beat. We were surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, and spas and only a three-minute walk from one of the most beautiful and relaxing beaches I've been to. For me, however, the best part was my room. The wall of windows gave me a fantastic view of sunset, the bay, and the skyline. It really was my happy place and I was so sorry to leave.

The gym was a bit of a let down. It was cramped and didn't offer any extras like water, towels, or yoga mats. Also I wish they offered Arabica coffee as an option at breakfast. Turns out the Vietnamese coffee is too strong for me.

Great location for the beach. We didn’t use the pool as it was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but the sea here is so calm we went swimming in that. I’d say the most pleasant sea I’ve swam in ever! No seaweed, stones or dangerous waves. Hotel bed/room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was also great with omelette station, fresh fruit, cake selection, Vietnamese hot options and bit of everything really which was ideal as we were struggling to enjoy the local food in Vietnam. Front desk staff happy and helpful too!

No negatives

I was helped by Trang. Nice breakfast buffet spread and variety. The employees have all been very kind and helpful. They have all been very attentive and greet me by name whenever my party comes back to the hotel, which is something you never find back in the US. The rooms are clean and the view we had was nice.

There is no hand soap in the bathroom by default. Bar hand soap is available, but only by special request. I think it would be a better guest experience if hand soap is available by default, since that is a standard in the majority of hotels.

Great location, comfortable beds and good rooftop pool. Breakfast is a massive buffet and has something for everyone. Hotel can provide beach towels on asking, and this was super helpful! Beds are really comfortable

The bathroom and shower is very exposed to the rest of the room (frosted glass doors and no walls so sound and smells travel) Lets be honest not even an in love couple wants to know what their partner is doing in the toilet!

I love this hotel. The staff were excellent and professional. Rooms are nice too with a decent breakfast on offer everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’re in Nha Trang. Great value for money. I will be staying here more often. Thank you Green Beach staff for a wonderful experience. A big shout out to Tuong who booked all my bus tickets to Dalat and back. He went above and beyond to help which I’m super grateful!

Most impressive was the front desk team, and its manager Mr Thi. They cared for our stay very much, responding to our requests promptly and very helpful. Greeting us every time we went out, and pressing the lift button for us when we returned. Breakfast was good with variety of choices and the staff were also very polite. The room was spacious and clean, air conditioning system was cool and quiet. Just a short walk to the beach and there were many restaurants nearby.

There was a construction site next to the hotel, and they started work very early and sometimes finished very late at night. For those noise sensitive, better choosing a room on higher floors and on the other side of the hotel.

Great location, right in the heart of the city and 5min walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Spacious room, large and comfortable bed, Good breakfast, rooftop swimming pool

- Room were a bit outdated. But it was not a problem - The real problem was the cleaning staff didn’t respect “do not disturb” sign. The hotel must strengthen more up regarding this issue

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight for me was definitely the stunning outdoor pool—it’s beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The pool area is well-maintained, with plenty of seating and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a great time. It does not feel like a five star hotel but the price is very cheap. Actually paying such a low price in realation to what you get is awesome. Breakfast was good as well as the room. The service stuff was super friendly and skilled. Beach is near and awesome!

Unfortunately there was no bar next to the pool on the top. Overall it does not feel like a five star hotel.

You know you are staying somewhere special when the concierge remembers your name - and this hotel has 29 floors! It is in a fabulous location a minute from the gorgeous beach, with great facilities and rooms that are spotlessly clean and comfortable. But it was the team that really made it memorable. Thank you Mr Thi and everyone there.
