Room very clean. Hot water excellent. A)C excellent In the main area but quiet sleep. Pool was clean and good to use. Key card for safety.

The breakfast buffet was average some days and bad others . Spaghetti with sauce and sugary treats for breakfast. Only 1 fruit choice . Coffee was excellent

On my last morning there seemed to be some sort of construction in the building that started around 9:30am

Wonderful location. Massive room with stunning views of Vinpearl ! Much more than I thought. Next to the beach, Sailing Club and anything you need. Markets, bars, restaurants etc. The ladies clean super good your room. Water every day. Very cute pool with amazing views. We had so much fun there. The lovely man that spend the nights in reception is very kind and supportive. Ladies at the reception are very nice and even don't speak much english we did communicate well. Incredible VALUE FOR MONEY

Has zero facilities except the pool and small gym with no aircon. No breakfast, nothing or no where to hang out But is a good excuse to get out. Thank you for looking after me so well. I got the best room possible !!

It is near at the beach, the staff our polite and kind.

Some problem with the toilet. You have to flush for a couple of times.

I stayed there in two different rooms, on mountain side and on the sea side, aun I like the room on the sea side more because it was more bigger and has nicer view but one big minus that makes my stay very uncomfortable. It's very loud from the street because just down there are some bars and pubs that works till late. Hotel in general it's ok. On the top there is a swimming pool! And nice views. Room with mountain view was more quiet aun more small. Cleaning more less it's ok. Receptionists mostly friendly. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shops and not far from the sea.

The rooms with sea view are very noisy because of the bars and pubs works till late. Wifi in some rooms and in some point of the room doesn't work properly. My neighbors was smoking few times close to my window and that smoke entered in my room. Also put the loud music. I wasn't so lucky there.

The room is comfortable and quiet, with plenty of space, a large wardrobe, and a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The room is cleaned daily, and the towels are changed. The reception, cleaning, and maintenance staff are very attentive; we had an issue with the lock, and they resolved it quickly. The rooftop pool is nice; it’s small but very clean and has loungers and tables, making it ideal for relaxing. There is also a small gym. It's in a very central area, with all kinds of shops and services nearby.

The hotel is a bit old, and this is noticeable in the facilities. Sometimes, there was a slight smell of tobacco coming through the ventilation ducts. The gym lacks air conditioning; it's on the rooftop and gets quite hot.

Lovely room and cute little balcony with a great view. Had everything I needed in the room and bathroom and lovely amount of space. I didn't realise I booked a room for 3 people until I got there but it was great! Location was perfect and the rooftop pool was a treat and a nice place to hang out away from the hustle of the streets.

When I got to the top level to get to the pool all the lights were off and looked like a construction site. If it weren't for people jumping onto the elevator from the rooftop I would have never found it or knew it was open. So would have been nice to know the state of the top floor haha

Brilliant location - near the shops and 5 mins from the beach but not too loud Large room Bath with shower over it - not a wet room! Small balcony for drying clothes Small but decent gym for a basic workout Pool looked nice but didn't go in it Beach towels provided Kettle in room and free water with every housekeeping visit Let us check in early Paid 150kdong to check out at 6pm! Lovely reception staff

TV didn't work in the room but not an issue Treadmill didn't work in the gym but again not an issue for me

good for its value, spacious room, it was pretty bright in the room thanks to the balcony. and the best part is - you can dry your clothes easily. also we really enjoyed the view (sea and city)

i would say i just noticed that the furniture and the hotel overall is a little outdated and tired (especially linens and towels). however, it was just fine by me and didn’t ruin my impression of the hotel.
