Now that we have safely arrived back home in Germany, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team at the Stella Maris Hotel in Nha Trang. We stayed here for 4 weeks and booked a room in the senior suite with a balcony. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was generously equipped with a shower and bathtub. The balcony with a side view of the sea was a daily pleasure for us when we returned from our daily activities. The double bed was very good. We slept excellently. The bed linen and towels were changed daily. Room service cleaned the entire apartment, including the balcony, every day. The staff at reception were always attentive and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff in the restaurant were particularly friendly and almost anticipated our every wish. Our conclusion after a 4-week stay: We can absolutely recommend the Stella Maris Hotel Nha Trang and will book into this hotel again when we return to Vietnam. Thank you again to all the hotel staff for everything!

I stayed in the suite with balcony and beach view. Very large room and big balcony. Safe provided in room. Good size fridge in room. Plenty of closet space. Very large bathroom also with a bath as well as shower. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. Room clean and housekeeping cleaned every day. Overall a lovely stay.

1 big minus was very poor water pressure which got lower if you tried to get hot water. Lesser problems were 1/ Large bottles of water (which you pay for) were not replaced when used. 2/ Laundry bag and docket was not replaced when used.

Staff was very helpful, despite a poor knowing of English, French, or Russian. The pool is ok, a bit, small, a bit cold in February, yet they don’t heat their swimming pools, never in any hotels. The breakfast was ok, maybe extent it to 10 am would be better. No matter how we are an vacation and want to sleep more. 😁

My friend, travelling with me had his birthday on chek in day (feb 10th) he received no amenities, no discount at early check in, noting. Even a bottle of cheap wine would be great, to make your guest feel special on hi birthday. Otherwise no negative comments.

Comfortable rooms, close to the beach and the rest of the city. Nice balcony with a view of the sea.

The bathroom was bit of an awkward layout, no door on the shower so water sprayed around a bit, and the window in between the shower and the room only had a curtain that didn’t close all the way. Fine for a couple, maybe not the best for friends.

The room was spacious, clean and with a nice mountain view. Bed very comfy. The breakfast was very good, the food tasty and fresh. All the hotel employees were very nice, always smiling and there to help you in case you need it. The gym is small but well equiped. Also the location is just perfect, out of the very busy and noisy area, but at the same time very close.

Everything was perfect, from checkin until checkout. Staff was very nice, welcoming and kind. Room was big with comfortable bed and great views. Beach is a short walk away. I would stay here again anytime.

Clean, cozy, on the quiet street. Big table for work. Spacious bathroom with big zone for your staff. Great view. Close to the beach and restaurants

Internet was unstable during evening. But not so bad comparing with other hotels

The staff were really helpful and obliging. They even let us use the pool and gym shower after we had checked out and had to wait for our transport to Hoi An. Weather wad good and waterfront was full of activities. Breakfasts were great too.

The room is clean and spacious. I can see the sea from both the balcony and the room window. Zyu, the receptionist, is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast were good but it would be better to have more options.

It was amazing experience. Big thanks to all staff. They were very kind, helpful, friendly. We will meet again for sure. Overall was perfect everything.
