The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The staff who assisted with our lugagge was incredibly attentive and very approachable (he gave us a lot of pointers for local eats and places to go!) The rooms were quite spacious, and even the bathrooms were spacious. We booked three rooms, two of which had bathtubs and standing showers in one, while one had just a standing/walk-in shower (as we requested!!) All rooms were quite clean, and beds were comfortable! Breakfast was also quite nice, albeit a little confusing as it was spread across two levels but not a major problem at all. The location was great!! Walking distance to vincom and definitely the beach. A little further down was the night market and another shopping centre! The location was definitely great as it was quite close to major attractions (or at least only a short drive away)

Not a major issue but the fridge wasn't as cold, it occasionally was room temp/warm?? Again, not a major issue but the door was quite difficult to open at times (there is a proper technique to opening the door) No major issues overall though, it was an enjoyable stay!

Right in front of the beach, the reception gives free towels for sunbathing and the 2 beds plus sun umbrella cost 300k so considering the prices have been raised due to western tourism, it’s not too bad. The view from the room is pretty awesome, the sun light we enjoyed a lot and it is a very sweet way to wake up in the morning and the size is great too. I read a lot of reviews of other hotels and this was the only one who had positive reviews considering it’s a very good compromise between the price and the quality of the stay. Would recommend if you have three/four days to spend in Nha Trang.

The staff could be nicer as they could seem a bit rude and the breakfast choices are mainly for Russian crowds. There are only three elevators so it gets crowded when it’s breakfast rush hour and you’ll have to wait.

Personnel working in hotel is amazing - from the moment we arrived to hotel, we were given best service possible: - 1st: we arrived to hotel at 9am in the morning after spending almost 24hrs getting to destination. My wife and 4 year old child were exhausted. Hotel personnel assisted by showing a quite place with comfortable sofas for my family to get rest until room was ready for check-in - 2nd: early check-in was provided as soon as the room was ready at 12:45 pm - 3rd: restaurant personnel was attentive to all requests related to my family preferences And many more things can be mentioned. All in all, It was a very pleasant stay.

Nothing to mention in this part. Just to mention that hotel is located a little distance away from the center; however, it was a good thing for us.

The location of the hotel is superb. The beach is right across the road. It is also close to the mall and eating places. The rooftop pool gives great views. The breakfast is good and personnel is nice. They take deposit before the check in and so be ready to have some cash for it.

The bath is not well equipped and often times water goes out of the bath because there is no isolation. The floor becomes wet. I think the hotel has to redesign bath, so water from shower stays in the bath but not goes out of boundaries to the floor.

Apart from breakfast, everything on the 5* , large room with a balcony on the 22nd floor with a central view of the sea, rooftop swimming pool , aroom cleaned every day, but most importantly, the beach is only a few steps from the hotel, renting a bed on the beach from 50,000vnd for the whole day. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and taxis in the area. at the hotel or via the app, very good prices. Hotel service 5 stars.

Breakf ast, large selection, but could be better.

This hotel is excellent in every way, and the service is fantastic. It's located across the street from the center, right on the beach. There's also a handy cleaning area next to the hotel, perfect for washing sand off your feet after returning from the beach.

Unfortunately, that large suite with floor-to-ceiling windows faces the beach, and the morning sun. After 11:00 AM, even with the AC on, the room felt stuffy, which was a pity!

Awesome location with ripper views of the strip and ocean from our balcony. Room was large with very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower/ toilet were good size and clean. Windows views were breathtaking,especially at night. Breakfast was great and staff work very helpful and welcoming to us. The beach directly across the road was refreshing and beautiful to take a swim in.

Not notified the pool was out of action for our whole stay. 1st night very noisy party going on in the room beside us until early hours of the morning ( had to request a room change). Internal phone in room didn't work. Although the location is where it is, we understand the noise from places across the road for long time into the night whilst going to sleep. But that's fine as we understand where the location is.

Very nice Hotel and friendly staff

I stay at the Hotels for 8 days and I notice the mats on the table at the breakfast buffet wasn't cleaning thoroughly. Another thing is I don't know why the staff keep take away plates, silverware the minutes you stand up to get some more food. When I mentioned to one of the staff why she keeps taking away all my silverware when I am not finish eating, she wasn't happy and left the cleaning towel on my table and walk away. I don't understand why she wasn't happy because she was instructed by the management otherwise or what

We had a suite which was very spacious with fabulous views. Lovely decor, huge bath and shower, very comfy bed and linens. Spotlessly clean

Our TV didn't work (as it wouldn't turn on at all) and when I asked at reception they said it was because of the bad weather and the signal was gone. But I'm not a big fan of TV so wasn't a hug problem. Also, the mini bar fridge didn't get cold. I was told by reception that the fridge was 'Cool not cold' and they happily filled my ice bucket for my drinks. Also, there is no room service. A little disappointing for 5* hotel when everything else was perfect. But small things really as we loved the room and were out and about the rest of the trip.

The hotel was across the street from the beach & the Luisiane Brewery, had a tasty local restaurant next door, so overall a great location for getting around. The room was very nice, comfortable bed & plenty of space. The bathroom was spacious with a separate toilet room. A great looking bathtub, just not enough time to enjoy it.

A couple of odd things: I was surprised they couldn’t take a credit card number for incidentals, we had to leave cash upon check in. They also wanted to keep my passport & visa at check in. I said no & then they took a copy The checkout took about 20 minutes for us to receive our cash we left for their deposit. Otherwise a great stay.
