Great location, just across the street by the ocean. Fantastic view from the balcony over the promenade and the ocean. The pool on the top floor was open from 6.30am to 9.00pm. The hotel offered also the beach towels. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Personel is very kind and helpful, especially Minh Ha. She explained us how to get around the city and gave us her Whatsup contanct, so we could ask her for help during our stay at Nha Trang. Is was possible to buy tickets to Vinpearl by the same price as at Vinpearl, to avoid the line at ticket Office. Also the hotel organised us the airport transfer for a better price than Grab and for the early morning we had take away breakfast boxes with no extra charge. We are very happy, that we chose this hotel.

Aircondicioner didnt work quite well. The hotel could have some overall renewing.

Overall a great hotel! The location is very convenient, responsive staff, especially delighted with the girl at the reception named Ha, special thanks. For a symbolic surcharge, after scolding, I picked up a great room with a sea view. From the hotel to the sea is at hand.

Baking is probably one thing. The refrigerator in the room does not work well. It can be said that it practically does not cool. I was in a couple of rooms, the situation is the same everywhere.

No breakfast available. Supermarket next door and 20 meters away. The view from the seafront balcony is amazing. Very friendly and helpfull staff, room 1004 had everything for your personal care. You cross the avenue and you are in a big beatifull park and the beach. Plenty of ammenities in short distance.

you cannot have everyting. beeing on the seafront and a 3 lane avenue, you cannont enjoy the view unless you hear music or have earplugs. Intense traffic on road.

The breakfast was tasty and pretty various. The room was clean. I liked the view from the balcony, it is worth watching in the morning and during the sunset. The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants, which is very convenient for coming home late after the party. The receptionist helped us to book a bus to Da Nang.

The room was small and the bathroom especially. Is was very hard to close the door of the bathroom and open it and come out. The furniture is rather old.

The room was clean and comfortable in an ideal location.

The staff asked us upon leaving what we would score them out of 10 on booking.com - when I advised a “9” and explained that this was only because we arrived at 5am in the morning and the night concierge didn’t know we were arriving and was not fully prepared for our arrival - despite me having emailed the previous day to check this time of arrival was ok and receiving a response that said it was no problem. Upon receiving this feedback the receptionist then proceeded to tell me our room had been upgraded “free of charge” to one with a window (I’m pretty certain we booked one with a window anyway) to get us to improve our score - made me feel abit uncomfortable.

The design of rooms and the view is spectacular. Staff was nice and helpful to book last minute tour.

One of bathroom smelled like urine, no bathrobes, bed sheets/blankets needs attention like remove the stains better, and re-paint the rooms. Another thing, motorbike rental from the hotel was a disappointment. 150k/day was a ripped off for an old crappy bikes. Rent elsewhere for the same price with plenty of newer style.

We were upgraded free of charge to a twin family room. It was clean and very comfy. The views from the room are amazing. Sunrise was particularly pretty. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helped us with transport to our next destination when we had some trouble. Great place to stay.

The breakfast could have a bit more 'westernized' options. And if you are working remotely, internet could be a bit of an issue sometimes.

I love the breakfast here. I love the sweets . They were very delicious . I chose the room without the window , but it was ok because I only opened the door of the hotel crossed the street and I could see the beach in front of me. The staffs were good. Thank you. I enjoyed my stay here.

Fantastic view with nice, comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful for our weekend stay, and held onto our luggage for some time after checkout so we could enjoy Nha Trang for a few hours before our bus was scheduled.

The room was small, which was described on the booking website - so we were not disappointed at all.
