The helpfulness of staff

The tea cups were ridiculously small but think all the hotels had same only really disappointing feature was the "balcony" impossible to step out on it and that was the main reason we booked hotel as we like to sit and watch the city but definately not possible was as wide as my foot so fee thisl was a little untruthful about this in room booking

The beds was great, room is big, sea view is amazing. New towel everyday, nice smell of shower gel

Gym was terrible, really. We had on our reservation included extras early check-in and they told us to wait until real check-in at 14h.

Great location, about 10 minute walk to town and 2 mins the beach. The staff were really lovely and take your bags up to your room. The pool was quite big and had a nice view of the beach considering it’s on the 4th floor The rooms were huge, and had a great view of the ocean and mountains.

The only thing was breakfast didn’t have a lot of western style options but everything was still fresh and fruit was really good!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located slightly out of the main town but only 5 min walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not many 'western' options for breakfast (but that's personal preference!). Lot of construction on the same road - imagine it will be a great location in months to come.

I liked everything, very comfortable beds with spacious room, lovely shower and bath. A great selection at breakfast.

Hotel is in a good location near beach. The best thing of the hotel is the hotel staff who are very helpful and caring. Morever, the swimming pool is deep and large, it's so wonderful for us. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds.

the fridge wasn't fully functioning and the pool table wasn't taken cared of.

Very nice & huge hotel, unfortunately quite empty at the time I visited it, which made so me of the services & breakfast kind of limited. But rooms are very spacious, even though it's not beachfront you have sea view and are just 5 mins from the beach. Excellent facilities, polite & helpful staff, they were ready to give me an option for late check out for free or get arrangementa for a masaage as their spa was partly closed.

Breakfast was not precisely a buffet, quite limited options but I suppose it is because of having very few guests

Close to the beach, the staff was nice, the room is clean and check in-out process is quick

No hot water at night time and wifi connection is weak.

The staffs are very helpful,specially Thanh Tan(James) He helped us to book a transport via Da Lat which made our travel very convenient. Our room is great, we have an excellent view of the sea and the island. We'll defintely come back to Dendro Hotel.😊🤩
