Nobody can speak english at all. In some cases even google translate unable to help.

Good location, good facilities, nice room and it’s pretty central too. The staff are nice and we were able to check in super early after a night bus which was great!

Good location not far from the beach and many stores. I see a lot of reviews saying the owners were rude and had to argue with them. I disagree completely. The owners were not rude, he's a bit more firm and knowledgeable. But above all else, he's fair, when my fiance was discussing payment with him, they did argue a little but that was due to some miscalculations. My fiance did end up actually overpaying but he said no then gave back some money to be more exact. The room was small but I expected that, I knew it was going to be small because that's what I paid for. Which is exactly what people were complaining about but in all reality its exactly as advertised. They always kept our room supplied with water bottles which was really nice because it was extremely hot. They cleaned our room without us even knowing they would, but they didn't take anything of our, so they are decently trustworthy. The AC actually works.

The TV was a smart TV but it worked so incredibly slow. It took about 5 minutes just for the stream to come on the screen. And another 5 just to start playing. We wanted them to clean the room, and while they did wipe things down. They didn't change our sheets at all, which was the main thing we wanted.

First, when we booked the room we booked a room with two beds for my family of four. We got there and the room they gave us only had one bed but they said the can move us to a room with 3 beds for 100,000 more a night. I was mad but I just said fine. Then the staff accused us the first night of cleaning our shoes with one of their bath towels (we absolutely DID NOT) and we were yelled at 3 separate times about this over two of the three days we were there. Then we asked if we could stay and check out till 4:00pm and the man said yes for 150,000 however, after telling us the price 5 minutes later he told us the women (I think his wife) said she wanted 200,000 to check out at 4:00. So my family will never stay here again or recommend this place.
