It's a new hotel located in a quiet area away from the main road. It is only about a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and there are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed in the King Room with Sea View. The room was spacious, clean, had all the necessary amenities & was very comfortable. We were happy to see fresh flowers and a fruit plate awaiting our arrival. The King bed was very comfortable and plenty big enough for my wife and me. It was one of the widest beds we have slept on in Asia. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large variety of western and Asian dishes that changed daily and were restocked as they ran out. The breakfast staff were pleasant and greeted you with a smile. The staff was attentive, warm, very welcoming and happy to help in any way possible. During the booking process the staff was very prompt in replying to emails and answering our questions. During our stay we were greeted regularly by managers and staff asking how we were and if we were in need of anything. Quang at reception was very helpful in arranging a tour for us. “Kelly” Nguyen was extremely helpful. We had our domestic flight cancelled and Kelly was nice enough to call and help us communicate with Vietnam Airlines so that we could reschedule our flight. He followed up and was in constant communication with us to ensure that we were able to resolve the issue. Due to our schedule change we needed to stay an additional night and Kelly arranged it so that we could keep our room another night. He was genuinely concerned for our well being and was always offering his assistance. We would like to thank all the staff at Sea Soul for making our stay so wonderful. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. And a very special thank you to Kelly. Thank you for kindness and all that you did for us during our stay. We greatly appreciate it! We are grateful to have met you and hope to see you again on our next visit.

Everything was exceptional.

The Sea Soul Hotel is a beautiful hotel with well appointed and very comfortable rooms. It's within easy walking distance to amazing restaurants, cafes and the beach. The breakfasts have a wide variety to please westerners, vegetarians and locals alike. Our room had a great sized bathroom with plenty of counter space and a lovely large walk in shower. The staff were genuinely attentive. The gym is the best we've had in our 10 week trip to Vietnam with enough machines and free weights for comprehensive work outs. We loved our stay at the Sea Soul Hotel and would happily come back!

Some rooms face a mobile phone tower which may be an issue for some, especially if you were looking for an uninterrupted sea view. We asked to be relocated to another room which management did without issue.

Although it's close to many restaurants, bars, and massage/spa areas, it was still very quiet. It's fairly new, clean, and the view from the sea-view rooms is beautiful. Since we booked a 3-night, pay-for-2 deal, it was very good value for money. The breakfast was plentiful, and although it's geared toward a Vietnamese/Chinese clientele, there was also enough choice for Western guests: egg station, cheese, sausages, yoghurt, salads, a large choice of fresh fruits, cakes, and, most importantly, a good coffee machine.

It was a good stay at the Sea Soul hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived at the hotel in the morning and was able to check in earlier, which was very convenient after my long overnight flight. The room was spacious and clean. The food served for breakfast was diverse and fresh. I also enjoyed relaxing by the hotel pool. The location was also good, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

We booked the room with a sea view. We got the room with the sea view, but there was a giant electric post in front of our window, so it really spoiled the view and was a bit disappointing.

We were extreamly pleased with the Hotel as everything was above what we expected and of a high standard. From the minute we arrived the staff were exceptionally polite and went out their way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable,   A special thank you to Trang and Linh two restaurant waitresses who were very polite helpful and some of the best I have seen in any hotel. Also the little girl in reception with glasses was more than helpful when we checked in as I had forgot my credit card but advised I could use my Apple Pay from my phone which solved everything . The restaurant was very clean well organised and had a very good selection of delicious food. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone as it is close to the beach in a quiet area and deserves its 5 star rating

Absolutely nothing all was excellent

We just finished an excellent 3 week stay at Nha Trang's Sea Soul hotel. This new hotel is owned by the Vietnamese military and is their first attempt at creating a 5* experience, especially for more western based clientele. As such, they are very keen to make this hotel a flagship success. To insure that everything comes off as a stellar success, they hired Mr. William Duc as general manager, who has had 30 years of experience managing hotels for multiple well known western hotel chains. Mr. Duc brings Sea Soul an outstanding skillset in his ability to both instill a desire for excellence in his staff and for his far sighted plans to constantly upgrade services and client experience at the hotel. Mr. Tung, the food and beverage manager, does all that he can to insure that guests are universally happy with their food selections and quality, and happily upgraded the breakfast buffet menu to include croissants, crepes, and poached eggs upon request. His staff ALWAYS goes out of their way to be as helpful and friendly as possible. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet's ever kind and helpful Ms Le Trong, and Ms. Giang. In fact, we found Sea Soul's entire staff, especially the front desk staff (a big thank you to Ms Trang, Mr Quan, and Ms. Mo for their excellent concierge skills!) to be very attentive and helpful while always maintaining a friendly, warm demeanor. Of particular note is the fact that the hotel is kept spotlessly clean at all times. The gym has almost everything one needs for a basic workout (although I hope they eventually add a preacher curl machine). All in all we spent a very pleasurable 3 weeks at Sea Soul and are looking forward to a return visit in the near future at this constantly improving hotel that very quickly came to feel like a home away from home.

The only minor criticism I can think of is the frozen temperature of the pool water, and the fact that the breakfast buffet can suddenly be inundated by a horde of hungry locusts/tourists that swarm the food items all at once, but that is a criticism that all tasty hotel breakfast buffets must contend with. Although the Sea Soul has not yet installed its promised sauna and coffee shop, I was told they are slated to be completed sometime in the next few months.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. We booked a room with 2 twin beds but they upgraded it to one with 2 kings for free. The hotel is a few minutes to the beach as well as a number of good restaurants and minimarts and a pharmacy. Breakfast is generous with many options and is very well served. We also used the gyms and pool which are clean and well kept. We actually ended up extending our stay. Thanks Nhi, Mơ, Quang, Nương, Giang, Trang, Huỳnh, Hiếu, Trọng, Phương for making our stay pleasant.

Nothing really. Oh, my kids keep asking why all floors except for the 14th where stays have a flower bouquet.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff especially Nguyen nhat Anh and Vy at reception. They were both amazing and gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good variety for breakfast, including both Western and local choices. A big shout out to the chef’s who were making the eggs at breakfast. DUNG and Hiep were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. They organised a transfer to/from the hotel/airport. Both transfers were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect place. Short walk to the beach but very central to everything. Nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. They would always go to length to help and make sure you would have a wonderful stay. That goes for all the people in reception area and dining area.

Only one thing I could not understand was the terrible condition the carpets in the hallways. Ful of stains -looked terrible and drew down the overalt feeling of staying in a 5 star hotel.
